Tried this place today. Great service and even better pizza. Dante helped me out with my order and his customer service was great. Highly recommend.

The pizza tastes better than it sounds reading it off the menu! Great service and a cool environment for kids to enjoy. Will be back again on a Tuesday so the kiddos can eat for free again haha!

I adored the speedy service at Crust Pizza Richmond. The location was convenient, perfect for families. The thin-crust pizza was the best I've ever had—delicious! The ambiance was cozy, making it a lovely spot for dinner. The food quality was amazing, and their family-friendly atmosphere made my dining experience even better. I absolutely love this place for its great food and service.

Today is the last time that I’ll allow myself to be disappointed by whoever is working in the kitchen here. Two or three times now they’ve demonstrated the inability to put the proper toppings ordered on a pizza or distinguish the difference between blue cheese or some spicy ranch that isn’t even a similar color. Btw I’m a chef so i don’t publish bad restaurant reviews on a whim or even a single incident. People make mistakes, but this is now a pattern for this location.

The staff and food were both great! My mom and I stopped in for dinner we were immediately greeted by the staff, it was our first time here and they helped us out with recommendations. Pizza was so good and all of the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time coming to Crust Pizza and it was an awesome experience. The employees were nice and hospitable, when you dine In they bring your food to the table. And the food, was hot and fresh from the oven, very delicious, my kids loved the spaghetti and meatballs the wings were fantastic, and everything was very good over all. I rate them 10 out of 10. I will definitely be going back, excellent service.
