I absolutely adore this cookie place, the shop is so cute and clean and tidy every time I come, the customer service is incredible and they always make the experience better!!! The cookies are perfect soft warm cookies stuffed with filling and a delcious flavor i definitely recommend this place over any other cookie shop! 10/10 will be back again!!!!

I ordered here a couple Saturday nights ago using the postmates app but one of the items was supposed to be marked as sold out (cookies and cream) but the app still let me order them as that wasn’t noted on the app. Now I’ve been in a back and forth with the store over refunds, and they lied to me telling me they had spoken to postmates and that they said they would be refunding me for the mishap but when I reached out to postmates they said that wasn’t the case.
Do not order from this store, they aren’t willing to take any accountability and will give you the run around just to get you off their back. The lack of customer service here is astounding and suffice to say I won’t be ordering here again. Then again they probably don’t care.
To add insult to injury the items I did get were all stale and weren’t even edible. Definitely better off ordering from crumbl.
The manager called with a Faldo promise of following up and making sure the refund was made but he hasn’t followed up in over 2 weeks.

Everyone knows hands down that dirty dough is my go-to-over cookie crumbl, so when I see one I have to stop. I finally was able to sink my teeth into a brookie they are always sold out or about to be made when I didn't have enough time. Well, today I was able to eat one, and it was amazing, as I thought it would be. I also tried their specialty cookie, the golden oatie. It was good for oatmeal cookie lovers. 10/10 for my favorite cookie, the cookies n crème. Dirty Dough has the best cookies. Please stop at dirty dough. You will not be disappointed! The box has reheating instructions for microwave or oven. The best way to go is oven on 300 instead of 360 on a parchment paper for 4 to 7 minutes for those who oven heats fast. Of course I will back!!

I loved the chocolate chip cookies from this place until this morning. I thought coming early they would have fresh baked cookies. I was wrong. I was served a stale cookie. Im extremely disappointed and never coming back to this location.
