Two of the three pizzas I ordered looked like the boxes were dropped before being delivered. Also looked like the slices were cut by a three year old. Upon opening the boxes the pieces were all to one side of the box. Last time I order from this location.

Sherry, the manager ask me to shut my mouth after asking her to remake my order, because the pasta she gave me was disgusting, the service here at this store is horrible lead by a extremely disrespectful manager, who does not honestly or value customer service. Tried several places in Richmond area, but we didn’t get the best taste, texture and quality like in Domino’s. Thanks Domino’s. We usually order veggie pizza and Garlic twist with cheese marinara dip.

Horrible service!!! One nice guy, but the rest were on their phones coughing and sneezing around the food. Saw one guy drop the pizza in dishes and took it back out and gave it to a person. How is this ok?? Waited 50 MINUTES for two medium pizzas. Not coming back here again.

What bad service I placed my order by phone it was on the way when I arrived they told me they had canceled my order I had to place my order again and I waited outside for 35 minutes my order was almost $230 dollars terrible service terrible attention I will not return to this place
