Second time delivery order has been someone else’s order. I called this time and they sent another one out but both the person who answered the phone and the delivery person were very curt and never apologized for messing up the order / the additional wait time. A simple apology would have made it all fine. Mistakes happen. So sad when they don’t show basic courtesy.

A lot of service staff makes the process more efficient. The waiting area has writing boards to keep kids busy. They have limited delivery areas, though.

I ordered asI usually do and paid with a credit card I usually use but when they delivered the pizza they said I didn’t pay for it! I’m positive I did because I always check everything a few times to ensure that everything is correct ?
