Say what you will but dominos delivers. I'm really impressed with the turn around they've orchestrated in last few years. Pizzas are good, cheesy breads a nice addition and sandwiches solid. They got it down to a science and the kids like the pizza tracker app. Only wish was that it was a locally owned spot.

Not only was the customer service absolutely terrible, but the employees were extremely rude. I ordered over the phone a hour and a half before they closed and i paid over the phone. The pizza never showed up. The employees told me my pizza would be here in 30 minutes but it has been over 2 hours and i still don't have it. Not only that but my house is 5 minutes away from the place. I'm incredibly upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You should save your money. Or go to a different place you have a better chance going to Little Caesars then this Dominos.
One of the best locations we have ever gotten pizza from, we moved to Richmond recently and wouldn’t really eat dominos before until finding this location.

Went to location to order. Staff were very busy. Ordered 2 medium special. Was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. Took 40 minutes. They were more focused on delivery orders for some reason. Maybe make money that way? They were working without gloves. Preparing food, touching phone and non food items at the same time. Health issue and health department issue big time. Pizza were bad. Worse that cheapest frozen grocery pizza. The worst I have had.

My wife stopped to grab our dinner and her food was cold and it looked like slop so thanks for nothing no more dominoes pizza for us ! Never again

Order was messed up, called asked to speak to manager, but was told he was too busy, terrible customer service. They did offer to replace but i would have to pick up and not doing that for their screw up.
