I asked for a White chocolate mocha , and the first girl who took my order said “mocha ?” I clarified a White mocha. she said oh! got it. I got to the window and they gave me a regular mocha. not a white mocha. i looked the barista in the eyes and said “this looks dark .. like a regular mocha.” she said nope that’s a white mocha. …. Yeah as you can see it’s definitely a regular mocha. anyways the staff didnt care and looked me dead in the eyes and lied. I want a refund.

THE best baristas! Audrey especially always makes sure I feel incredibly cared for with my order. She’s so attentive, consistent, and has the purest energy every single time.
We love coming here every Saturday morning before heading to nearby HEB for our grocery shopping. The employees are all fantastic and friendly. And they work fast! On the rare occasion there is a mistake in our order, they always fix things swiftly and politely. We stopped by today and had a nice chat at the window while waiting for our hot food to be prepared. The drinks are always good and served just right. Consider us lifelong happy customers!

One of my favorite coffee shops in the Houston area! It's in a very convenient location and the drive thru line goes by fairly quick. There are a variety of different options on the menu, and the staff are helpful as well. I would highly recommend trying the Iced Golden Eagle!

I went to Dutch Bros today and ordered two drinks a blended Marmalade Rebel and a blended sugar-free Tiger’s Blood. The Marmalade Rebel was perfect, but the Tiger’s Blood was terrible. It was so dry and packed with ice that there was barely any liquid in it at all, and it wasn’t even red it was a very light pink color. It’s really frustrating because I’m very health-conscious, so when I do treat myself, I expect it to be made right. If you can make one drink perfectly, why can’t you get the second one right too? Really disappointed

I’ve been coming to the Dutch Bros for like a month or two since I’ve moved over here and today was one of the best experiences that I’ve had, Alina was super attentive to my needs, being caffeine sensitive. I do like my drinks to be made a specific way, and she in no way shape or form made me feel like I was being a bother to the staff, she even was able to print out a receipt with exactly how she made my Matcha and it was amazing. It is probably the best Matcha that I’ve had since coming to this Dutch Bros, she even made me feel like I needed to re-download my app because this will continue to be the place that I come for my Masha thank you so much alina for making me feel comfortable
