This dutch is 2 minutes from my job and I come here often. Everytime I come I am always satisfied with the service and smiles on everyone’s face. Today I came in and tried the new Chocolate strawberry mocha freeze and I really was just not a fan. I was nervous to ask for another drink but the manager was extremely accommodating and did not charge me to switch out the drink. I will keep coming here for my morning coffees. This location is always my favorite!:)

While I appreciate their coffee offerings, the service and delivery of their materials have been consistently disappointing. Last week, I ordered children’s hot cocoa, which arrived scalding hot and caused my child’s tongue to burn. Yesterday, I requested coffee to be extra hot, but it arrived ice-cold, allowing me to consume it in a single sip. In conclusion, they did place a new order for me.

We love this location! Always a great experience. Sometimes the wait is long and sometimes no wait to little. But we are always serviced well and the drinks are delicious! We have a few faves and always made wonderfully!
