We have been here twice and it has hit the spot both times. The birria omelette is delicious! So are the brisket eggs Benedict, pancakes and banana fosters French toast. Staff is amazing - super nice and accommodating. Interior is like a jazzed up diner! We love it!

I'm from New England and have lived in Texas for eight years. As of yet, my wife and I have not found a breakfast place that compared to New England breakfast until today. Early Bird Cafe has gotten our highest personal back home New England rating. The breakfast was outstanding and I have to say the blueberry pancakes were the best I have ever had. The staff and server were outstanding and atmosphere perfect. Please come to Fulshear. We need a good breakfast place.

Great brunch spot with an array of halal options and food that is simply high on quality as well as flavor. Service has been friendly throughout and prices are reasonable. Omelettes and pancakes here have been my favorites…elite options!
