We've always loved this place for its coffee and bagels. Recently, we made a mistake and placed an online order at the wrong location. Richard was incredibly kind and held our order for several hours. He even offered a raincheck for the next day! This exceptional service truly deserves recognition.
Despite some negative reviews, I wanted to try this place today. All of my orders came correct and bagels were also so delicious and soft. I will definitely shop there soon again. Our order came pretty quick. Also there were plenty of bagel options. I am happy to try and I recommend this place.
@einsteinbros recently opened in the area #richmondtx. Tried it for the first time, and enjoyed it, We went with the Garden Avacado on Gourmet Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel and the Cheddar Cheese Egg Sandwich on Gourmet Green Chili Bagel. both items were fantastic, made me realize that I have been missing out, not having tried Einstein Bro's before. Also want to highlight that the restaurant was snice and clean and the staff was super friendly
