The African American who works the front counter was incredibly rude, no customer service at all. He did not greet us when we walked in, we stood there for 5min until he decided to wave us over close to the counter and say, what do we want? In a rude tone. After ordering the food, he did not provide us with our drink to fill. We waited for another 10 min waiting for a the small meal and had to ask him if we could have the cup for the drink. He completely ignored us, walked to the back for another good 10min, came back with the meal and cup. Once we got into our vehicle the and gave our daughter her meal, she said everything was cold. The rice and two pieces of chicken drums. This was my first and last time coming to this place! Definitely spreading the word as well to my family & friends in this area.

My husband brought 4 burrito bowls home for dinner might I say the food was horrible burnt chicken, beans , and didn't come with everything in the description I rate this a half star due people should fix food as if they were eating it

Pollo Loco is back to normal, after that one encounter with an employee who did not like the fact that I pointed out the sign they had up saying card accepted, was not accepting card, back to superb service and food.

Food was great in the service was okay. They did not have any lemons or limes on the condiment bar. There was an employee parked in the handicap spot. I know this because I asked and they said it was an employee's car
Great portions and the flavor on the chicken is to die for. Nachos were very crispy and overall this meal is just so worth it for the price and anyone trying to maintain a rather healthier lifestyle.

Food always tastes fresh, have come multiple times and always keep coming back. Have not had complaints from how good the food taste in this location. Now I have gotten my order wrong but that’s normal anywhere you go, it happens. But the consistency in this locations food is always on point. Thank y’all. Got the Chipotle Avocado Burrito 2nd time this week and it’s so good!
