Pollo Loco is back to normal, after that one encounter with an employee who did not like the fact that I pointed out the sign they had up saying card accepted, was not accepting card, back to superb service and food.

Chaz, is absolutely AMAZING!!!! super grateful for his time and kindness I am from out of town and it is my first time at this restaurant and I am so grateful for his time with my order. He explained what was the BEST food items on the menu and he is on point because the food was DELICIOUS. Chaz, is a great value to your company

Food was great in the service was okay. They did not have any lemons or limes on the condiment bar. There was an employee parked in the handicap spot. I know this because I asked and they said it was an employee's car
