Why hello there. I have come back on my yelp account to address a situation I have had. More like a monstrosity. I have gone to my local Dairy Queen more times than I can count but the last to times I have gone haven't been the best. I went with my two children and have gotten a blizzard. They were quite delicious. BUT they WERE NOT FLIPPED! I was upset because my blizzards have always been flipped sense the first time I went when I was a little lad. I told my kids "every time this lady has given us our blizzards she has not flipped them, so imagine how many unflipped blizzards she has in her wake." I hope this problem will be changed. (No hate against Dairy Queen, I just want my blizzards flipped)

The blizzards here are terrible. They are always partially melted and soupy. The part that has not completely melted is softer than soft serve. You could drink the entire thing through a straw if you wanted to. I've been here numerous times as it's the closest one to my house. Each time I place an order I hope this will be the one time they get it right..... but it's always the same. I think part of the problem is that they make it when you order it and then it sits there while the other cars in front of you block the drive through window waiting for their order. Wouldn't it be better to have those cars pull forward like other fast food restaurants while you serve the other customers? Just a thought. Sadly I won't be back.

Absolutely the WORST store! My family loves blizzards but for the life of this place they can't make anything correctly. Every blizzard (and I mean EVERY one) only has toppings in the first half of the cup. Today I specifically ordered with the manager (Margarita) and specifically asked for them to make sure the blizzards were mixed correctly. Once again I get home and the cup is half plain gross vanilla. It's beyond frustrating when you spend $5 for a tiny cup of crap vanilla. So today I was fed up. I called the restaurant spoke to Margarita and and let her know it was once again wrong. I told her my son was coming back up there with the vanilla blizzard and I wanted a new one and my money back. She agreed. When my son got there she refused to remake it after the refund. She stated she could do one or the other. So after wasting my gas to back to this awful place (when she could have just refunded over the phone) I am still the one out money and nothing to show for it. We will NEVER return.

Ordered two blizzards, one was Choco Brownie extreme. First attempt was vanilla. Asked to add chocolate to it, employee attempted mixing without splash guard and it went everywhere. Third attempt, watched employee scrape what looked to be less than a teaspoon of chocolate from dipper and mixed . Came out as vanilla as first, when told it wasn't correct she just laughed. When tasted it was totally incorrect with the wrong add-ins. It is okay to say you have NO ingredients and please choose something else but to just mix what you feel like is NOT GOOD. Not when someone is paying for it

Not only did we wait 25 minutes at the drive thru but the bread was hard (definitely not fresh), no sauce in the burger either. To top it off, the cokes were gross, zero taste! Quality has drastically gone down!

apple maps and google says open until midnight. hours are incorrect as waited in drive thru with no sign stated and lights were all on.

The men's restroom is covered in graffiti and gang signs and smell as if somebody urinated all over the whole thing. When we informed the clerk, he just shrugged his shoulders from behind his plexiglass enclosure.

75 cents cones are a SCAM. Asked for two small cones taking advantage of 75 cent anniversary offer and I was charge $2.39 each and when asked about the offer they said we had to mention it when ordering or it does not apply. Really!!!!!! No refunds were offered after I brought it up so basically its a scam to get people to come in. They have lost a long time customer because of a couple of dollar. No wonder there are less and less people at this place.

I go in to order the new A1 steakhouse burger that I just saw on a TV commercial. Girl at the drive thru says "we don't have that here." I show her the burger on their website and she repeats that they don't have it. Food is always old and cold here anyway, not sure why I went in the first place.

Theft. They have a sign and it said one price and charge you a buck more at the register. I said hold up its a buck more than your sign says. Manager comes over will not honor posted price. I wonder how many people have been stolen from at this location. I asked for a number to chat with an adult that understands theft and false advertising he said franchise owned. Called a number I could find they took note and will pass back to them. They already do not care.

another business using covid 19 to offer lack luster svc and close early. came at 10:55, place lit up like a Christmas tree as if open. signs say open til midnight, google says the same. door locked, someone comes on drive thru speaker says “we close”. I said sign says you’re open till midnight and same person says “no more” fix your signage and your google listing.

I had a coupon that they said they wouldn't honor because it wasn't their store. When I pulled up the store on google maps and showed them that it WAS their store, She honored the coupon but shoved our food towards us and rolled her eyes. Just terrible customer service. Yeah, I won't be back! Hope customers have better luck than I did!

Shout out to the great customer service tonight! A few cars ahead of us, they drove off without all of their bags, and one of the guy employees came running out trying to catch the car! Kudos to you, young man!! Oh and our Blizzards were great!

I'm sorry but it's a pandemic and they can't even have basic hygiene as I just found hair in my food. Like are you kidding me? If i can't trust them to even make a normal meal then how can I trust them during a pandemic. Their service was terrible as well, if you respect yourself, don't go to this Dairy Queen. If I could give it a zero out of five stars I would, too bad I have to give them one.
