My family and I had a great experience the food was delicious, and our server Julio was great as my first time there personally I was satisfied we didn't wait long our server was helpful. The environment was nice and friendly

John was very polite courteous and friendly. Food was delicious and timely served. Great experience.

It's very sad the way the management team disciplines their hosts. Poor guys, very kind and attentive, trying to maintain order, but the way the manager tries to take control is very aggressive, showing negative treatment towards the hosts
We just walk away!!

It's incredible how something so simple can be so complicated.
I love coming here for breakfast.
But we definitely missed manager Roberto today.
I just wanted to enjoy my favorite dish and add a little of my other favorite dish. The manager with the blonde hair responded very rudely. I have no problem paying more. I just wanted to enjoy my breakfast with my family.
Very poor service from the managers.

JOHN is friendly, and inviting. He made our dining experience elevated by his personality alone. This is hands down one of my favorite breakfast spots in the area.

3rd time this month and breakfast was cold again...had to ask for the syrup each time.. we ordered waffle so you would think they would bring it with food....for the prices...I expect a full " vat" of coffee especially if we both got charged and only one vat of coffee on table...I don't think I will be back...unless they want to make this right. Bill was 47.00 plus tax and tip...I don't mind paying a little more if food is hot and good..and don't cheat me...only enough coffee for 2 cups ..in one " vat' charged me for 2 vats..only one vat on table. This is how you lose business..a good mgr..would go ask ..was food hot..service good...this is why places go under. Jan 2025 decided to try again...it took way too long to get the food. Service not that good. Food was good though. Grand daughter ordered waffle..no syrup brought with the plate..why?.I had pecan salad and ham sandwich..
It was good but they should ask if the dressing can be on side. My son didn't even order anything..he said he didn't want anything on the menu. Not sure going back...when you have a 2 yr old that's hungry...hard to keep attention on coloring that long
