Fantastic service. They greet you with smiles that and take the time to make sure you leave with a satisfied belly and a happy heart. Whether you're craving their creamy frozen custard or a crispy steak burger, the warm service makes it feel like home away from home. I came in the afternoon and was pleased with the timing as well. Five stars for the wonderful people who make it all happen!

Tall red head female in drive thru. We watched her with her fingers in her mouth while we waited on food at the window. The entire time. Touching her head, her hair, then fingers in her mouth. Just put her fingers in her mouth and hold them there like it was a pocket.THEN SHE PUT NAPKINS AND DIPPING SAUCE AND STRAWS IN OUR READY BAG with the same hand.Tossed the extras.

My Freddy's experience was marred by a blonde employee who audibly sighed and displayed attitude during my order. To add to the disappointment, my friend's chili cheese fries were missing, and he had to endure an additional 10-minute wait. The combination of rudeness and delayed orders significantly impacted our visit. Hoping for improved customer service and shorter wait time in the future.
It was my first time trying Freddy's. My family would always take their kids here so I joined them for dinner. We dined in and the indoor seating had spacious booths and cool burger joint vibe. The staff were friendly. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with fries & cheese on the side. I got the chicken tenders kid meal for my daughter. My sandwich was not that great and the patty was pretty thin. Their fries are shoestring which I am not a fan of but I tried my cousin's onion rings which were good. My daughter could only eat one bite of the chicken tender but I thought it was decent. She enjoyed the mini dirt n' worms (Oreo cookie & gummy worms). The gummy worms were too hard to even bite but the custard was good. The restrooms were pretty clean. Overall, I didn't enjoy the food enough to come back again.
