The blonde bartender is so attentive and I never have to ask for a drink! She’s super sweet and always nice to my kids!
Great atmosphere, great service
I should have known better From the sticky floors that I would be disappointed.
The bartenders attitude was more salty than the rim of my margarita cup. My drink tasted like they haven’t maintained their ice machine in years
Food was gross. Smelled like roadkill. I had to send it back
Underrated bar.... drinks on 10 and music great! We had trivia night on Thursday which was so fun! If you come bring a team and the lady with blonde/red hair drinks were so good
Great place, great food, amazing staff
Amazing food, great area for the kiddos to play outside, great drinks, and amazing customer service.
I highely recommend this place for you.
Crawfish where so wet and juicy. What I brought home even stayed moist
This place is amazing! Family friendly, EXCELLENT food (I especially LOVE their crawfish), great entertainment and dog friendly! They are constantly doing fun events and specials, like Trivia Night. I highly recommend, even if you don’t drink alcohol. It’s so much more than just a brewery 😁
We do go here because it has been the best option we have locally until recently. The staff has always been nice and the atmosphere is OK. The beer is good too. Overall some hits some misses, but that’s to be expected. What has always turned me off, was our second visit here when I got to meet the owner. He was very pompous and arrogant. Very Braggadocious and made fun of my wife for having gone to Texas A&M University, while boasting about his ability to be successful without having gone to college. I was just trying to complement him for his establishment and walked away with one of the most sour tastes in my mouth I’ve ever had from a business owner. Hard to support a place like this after having met the owner and experienced what we did. He seemed intoxicated and was with his friend, the owner of scholars and scoundrels. They run their food trailer. Both were pretty rude and abrasive in their demeanor. Hard pill to swallow as owners of local businesses speaking to a stranger.
We had a beautiful evening celebrating! Thank you, April, Andrea, Pamela, and Schultzy for the wonderful service, food, drinks, and accommodations!
I really appreciate you all making my 'move' celebration a success! I highly recommend Fulbrook, and will return!

Delicious beer and great, safe and clean, dive bar atmosphere! I tried both the mint chocolate chip stout and marshmallow stout and thought they were both fantastic. Prices were great and 10/10 will be going back to Fulbrook Ale Works again soon.
Easy accessibility, probably not so great for strict allergies (but I didn't eat this time, so there's always a chance they're great with sensitivities + allergies!), decent lighting, decent sound control (didn't have to yell at all to be heard!).
This establishment does not appear to be Veteran Owned anymore. It's more like a local bar. None of the beers are home brewed like they initially did when they first opened. My husband is very disappointed that this spot has changed so much. The grease smell from the kitchen was horrible. The outdoor tables were dusty and dirty. Will probably not be visiting again. Maybe the original owners had to sell out.
This used to be a veteran owned brewery now it just a dive bar... Had some military history here and now they don't... f'en sad
Best service there is in Texas.
Pickle beer (pickle princess) on tap is amazing. Friendly staff and good service
