I am sorry but your ice creams are bad and expensive . The same taste with just different colors and too sweet. Wasting money…

We just got done pulling large chunks of white paper or plastic out from inside the vanilla ice cream of my to-go order. It's not clear what exactly this is but it's disgusting. I tried calling the store to let them know about this, but nobody at this location understands English and they were just confused. I've never had to pull objects out of food at any other restaurant I've ever been to and this is unacceptable. I will never be coming back here.

The store is not clean. The ice cream taste old and doesn't have the smooth consistency The Marble Slab is known for. Too bad for me, I've enjoyed Marble Slab for at least 20 years and now this

Decent

We used to like their homemade Mango ice cream and used to go there a couple of times during mango season. This year however we went there twice but the mango ice cream didn't have that mango flavor that sets them apart from other ice cream shops. The first time, there was no mango flavor in it at all and it was pastel yellow. The second time the color was ok and there was some mango flavoring as well but it wasn't the same as last year.The staff was friendly and nice.

The ice cream is good. Went with family, the service was terrible. The girl was not happy with us but was happy with other people. We event left a generous tip.

I placed an order one week ahead of time for my husband's birthday cake. I placed the order online, then called the store to confirm the order. After a lengthy conversation with the woman who answered the phone (she was very confused and couldn't find my order at first - was looking at cookie cake orders. When I told her it was an ice cream cake order, she found my order), she said it was correct and confirmed the date/time of pickup with me. Sent my mom to pick up the cake and THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT! Horrible. Will never go back.

I went yesterday with my husband and baby and everything was going fine and okay we paid and sat down and ate our ice cream and next minute we see 2 boys come in and the girls behind the counter were laughing really loud and gave them free ice cream with out even paying like there are people in here that paid for there ice cream and your handing out free ice cream like what just because there your friends, I don’t think I will be back here.

Thank you for the delicious cake and macarons. Everyone loved it and we had to stop my dad from eating all of it once. He definitely stuffed his mouth with 2 macarons before my mom could stop him.
