This is an easy five star experience. The service here is great-- they are always friendly and enthusiastic as they help you create your meal. The food itself is also great. It's unique for the area for sure and tastes good. I have tried several proteins and base (salad, wrap, etc) from them and you just can't go wrong.

Horrible service!! I’m so pissed off right now! I ordered a regular sized rice bowl and the girl left half the bowl empty. I could’ve just ordered the smaller size. Then they didn’t have white sauce or picked onions and was rushing us out. You guys have to up your freakin service. I paid $15 for a half of bowl of rice and she kept slamming the spoons like we were wasting her time smh

Absolute worst service ever!!!! Attitude from all employees that helped us. They ran out of lettuce and meat. I do not recommend this location.
The food was great but a Mediterranean restaurant without tzatziki sauce is no good sign also the staff looked like they didn't want to be there also no urgency when a line began to form an online pick-up orders were not ready

Walked in & walked right back oit of this place. First off it was completely empty when I walked in. I waited for 5mins then I had to yell for someone to come take my order. Then I looked at where the food is prepared & it was absolutely disgusting. Old food dried up & thrown everywhere. No way I was eating here. My first & ladt time going. I really wanted guro but if the place not clean, its a no go for me!

I visited Gyro Republic and was disappointed with the experience. The chicken and beef were both dry, and the beef tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for too long. I ordered fries, but they were not available, and the manager had to leave to get some, which was unusual. The kitchen didn’t look clean, and the meal was basically just meat and lettuce.
I was charged $11.30, which feels overpriced for the quality. Even the rice looked crispy and overcooked. Overall, I don’t recommend going back. I prefer real shawarma over what this place serves.
This branch is ALWAYS out of sauces or salads. Though it is open till 3AM but does not even refill around 9 PM

Their staff is not cooperating and this branch is always out of sauces, cucumbers, and corns. Tried them twice it happened with me both times.

ordered pickup order 15 minutes in advance & upon arrival nothing was made and the staff wasn’t even in the front. They were in the back & came to the front not even realizing they had online orders. which then we had to wait for them to
prepare the food and they still got our orders incorrect. it was two young black males.. i did not get there names. horrible service… did not think simply preparing orders was that difficult and not to mention all of the tables indoor were filthy which isn’t surprising seeing as the workers were lazy.

Food was good. The lady preparing my food was more focused on singing like an audition for American Idol than the way she prepared my food. Don’t make my gyro and let it sit there wrapped up while you fry the side last. Be efficient and drop the fried items while you make my gyro. That way when I sit down to eat my gyro doesn’t come completely apart.

I had a horrible experience here on 9/20 I had placed a scheduled pickup for 10 pm at around 9:45 and when I got there around 10:15 all of the guys employees in the front were the door checking out their friends car or something the only one inside was a young lady who was new and she told me they forgot to make my order and so I asked for a refund because I didn’t wanna wait any longer and for the guys to come back inside and do the refund. Didn’t receive an apology or anything except from the girl . Wasted my entire lunch break ..

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Gyro Republic today. I came in ready to order, only to be told they were out of turmeric rice and that it would take about 15 minutes to make more. I decided to wait, but after 20 minutes passed, I went to check on it. Instead of giving me an update or at least acknowledging the wait, I was told I’d have to wait another 15–17 minutes.
At that point, it was obvious there was no clear communication or sense of urgency. If the wait was going to be that long, they should have been honest from the beginning so I could decide whether to stay or order something else. The lack of customer service and transparency was really frustrating.
I hope they improve their communication, because no customer should be left waiting around with no real updates or consideration for their time.
