King Cakes... terrible. HEB doesn't bake in the store anymore, they have it shipped in from a central bakery. Got 2 king cakes and we couldn't eat them. Worst pastry we have ever had.
Years ago we loved the HEB bakery but now most items are baked off location and not fresh. Won't be buying anything from the bakery at any HEB anymore.

It started raining as I was walking out with a cart full of groceries without an umbrella. One of the associates was kind enough to walk me to my car with his umbrella and load the groceries. He wouldn’t take any money and told me he was doing his job. He was so polite, courteous and respectful. Thanks for the wonderful customer service.
I’ve always had nothing but great experiences at my local HEB Aliana. So imagine my surprise when my daughter and I parked and discovered not 1, 2, or 3 rats as pictured. We counted a total of 6 rats in a freshly mulched area. I did notify the manager and of course he wanted to ensure that none were in the store. I just hope he takes it serious and try to remedy the situation. That’s one rodent I can’t deal with.

I love this store! The isles are spacious. The staff are always friendly. The food is always fresh and there’s a variety of cultural foods to choose from. I just wish they had some vegetarian options in the ready to cook/heat meals section. If they would make some vegetarian Pot Stickers they would get 5 out 5 stars from my vegetarian teenager! My teenager looks at the Pork Pot Stickers and longs to have vegetarian ones!

I do not recommend HED grocery or produce delivery. I had a very very bad experience. On my second order I got gotten cilantro and yesterday’s I got rotten jalapeños.
