This store has been closed for months...they had plenty of staff but now they claim they have staffing issues. Here is the Closed Sign on the front door. Their website is down along with their phone...take it they are out of business for good now.

Really disappointed in this place. I called to have them cater a part and he took down all my information and then ghosted me. Never answered my caps or my texts. You could have just said you were unable to cater wasted so much of my time

Great food! Many options, large portions and fresh. Staff is also excellent. I love the Chicken Shawarma! Must stop in for yourself.

This place is brilliant. The food is fresh, made with care and the pitas are fresh oven baked. Service is great and friendly. The staff care about doing things right and looking after the customer. But it is the food that will keep bringing you back. Mediterranean staples done well - what could be better? Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service. Food was flavorful with good portion sizes. I tried the Veggie combo plate with 3 sides: Grape Leaves, Cabbage and Spinach Salad, and Baba Ghanoush and to my surprise fresh pita bread was included. Sooo good, I will be back and I definitely recommend this place!

Usually pretty empty, which we've loved due to Covid. Always consistent and most everything is good. Friendly staff and quick meals. Love their lamb and gyro. The chicken sometimes is questionable as it is sometimes dry. Just a quick review because we regularly visit here but have never left a rating. Will continue coming here!

This place was a nice hidden treasure. We went near closing so it was nice to be the only ones there. And despite it being close to closing everything was very fresh. We ordered a 3 piece kibbie which was not on the menu but I asked after having seen it on some of the previous reviews. I also ordered a 3 side veggie combo - cabbage salad, kale salad & Lebanese salad. All three were delicious The portions were a good size and I had enough for lunch the following day. Husband ordered a gyro. He stated it was good but different. The meat wasn't sliced like the classic gyros but more cubed. The concept might throw some people off that are accustomed to classic gyro & people who are rigid in their food choices. Overall, would I return? Absolutely, reasonable prices & good food portions.

Not really my thing if looking for authentic traditional Mediterranean. But seems compared to what I've experienced since moving to Houston this might be the norm. I have friends who are Lebanese and Syrian who own restaurants. Ive never had pita that seems so sweet. Bland flavors. This is not the only place cause i tried fadis too and it was about the same. My expectations are a bit higher, sorry. But... with all due respect, its cool for people who want this kind of food and have little choices.

Food was ALWAYS great! I have a ton of food allergies and have never had any issues with this restaurant.HOWEVER, I order from here so much ( only place I can eat out and not get sick, so I am extremely familiar with their food. ) There seem to be multiple cooks. Food is not constituent. Sometimes there is bell pepper in rice, sometimes not. Sometimes in the spinach too? Sometimes not. Sometimes you get decent amount of rice 8n the plate, sometimes you have to add rice as a side just to get through meal. The last two times I have been. lncluding tonight. The spinach w feta was so salty it went straight in trash. Same as last time! I opened container of mixed vegetables and they were BROWN! It's supposed to be squash and zucchini.I think I've had enough of this restaurant! Not again. What a waste of time and money.Really loved this place since 8 found it. To bad they aren't constituent. I can't justify spending 20 to 50 dollars, depending on how many of us order. My kids don't like beef kabobs. They are always dry.

This places has a great vibe from the moment that I entered to placing the order. The staff is so friendly! I felt like wanting to keep the conversation. I haven't try to many dishes but so far my favorites are falafels, tabouli salad, spinach & cheese pita.

Really good, clean Mediterranean food! The sides were my favorite especially the potatoes and the hummus. Loved the chicken kabob as well!

Hummus Bistro reminds me of places like Fadi's, Dimassi's, and Aladdin's. Same concept. I stopped by for dinner on a weekday and took advantage of a Groupon. They're located in a shopping center so parking won't be an issue. You can get meat plates where you have one, two, or three meats and one, two, or three sides of your choice but I went with the lamb shank which comes with two sides. For my two sides, I went with the rice with vermicelli and the roasted potatoes. I don't have lamb often but when I do, it's always a treat. The lamb fell of the bone and it was a good portion. They also have fresh fruit juices which was a plus. Hummus Bistro is far from me but if it was closer, I'd definitely stop by again.
