I came here pretty early in the morning (8/26/2025). I had a long 1.5hr drive to an oil field for work. I stopped in around 6:30am. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler with bacon that was almost inedible cooked so crunch I felt like I was eating croutons. The hash browns were so crispy and dry I had to use a knife to cut into them. And I also ordered gluten-free pancakes, which were NOT gluten free. I reacted later in the morning with a migraine that I had to walk around the job site with as well as make my 85 mile drive back home. Raven was my server, she was great and friendly.
The cook though seemed like he knew my food was terrible, cuz I could see him in the corner of my eye watching me take my first bite and leave the doorway soon after.

Delicious Breakfast and Friendly Service at IHOP
I recently visited IHOP and had an amazing breakfast experience! I tried the Poblano Eggs Benedict—it had a nice little kick of spice, but the flavors were absolutely fantastic. The combination of perfectly cooked eggs, rich sauce, and the subtle heat from the poblanos made it a standout dish.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great breakfast atmosphere.
IHOP continues to impress with its classic breakfast menu, generous portions, and consistent quality. Whether you’re craving pancakes, eggs, or something with a little spice like the Poblano Eggs Benedict, you’re in for a treat.
I highly recommend IHOP for a delicious breakfast or brunch, whether it’s a casual morning out or a weekend family meal. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their flavorful dishes!

they had no straws, honestly I hate drinking from the cup since you never know how they truly clean it. Food came after 30-45mins wait. Drinks were given wrong even though it was just four of us waiter barely came in & checked on us. Worst IHOP ever & it’s sad because of the location is at you can get better service somewhere else.

BEWARE!! DONT GO HERE! This is a IHOP in Richmond, TX next to 99 and the West Park Tollway on Bellaire. At 11:45am on 7/28, I ordered the big breakfast burrito that comes with a side of pancakes. I requested to switch my buttermilk pancakes for cookie butter pancakes special pancakes for the July month. This freaking IHOP waiter got my entire order wrong and gave me an omelette. I had to complain to her that she gave me the wrong order. Finally they gave the big breakfast burrito with the 2 cookie butter pancakes. The waiter never checked on me at my table to see if I was still doing okay or if I was okay with my food. btw the spoon,fork, and knife that the waiter gave me were dirty....The waiter finally came to my table a long time after I had finished the food and was ready to give me the check. Then when she gave me the check , the waiter charged me almost $19 for a big breakfast burrito, with no hash browns and 2 pancakes . When I questioned the waiter, I told her why it was this insane price?! It turns out the 2 free buttermilk pancakes that I switched out for the 2 cookie butter pancakes and I was being charged an extra $2.75 for these 2 cookie butter pancakes that are supposed to be free. The waiter never told me I was going to get charged extra for extra pancakes (I didn't get) if I switched my 2 buttermilk pancakes for 2 cookie butter pancakes. The waiter proceeded to call to her manager and the manager did nothing to solve the problem. I told the manager she needs to tell her waiters and staff that if they are going to charge customers extra for stuff like this , they need to tell the customer so the customer isn't surprised or upset like I was. The manager didn't care. She told me she would take the $2.75 off my total they're charging me and instead she lied and only took $1 off my final total price. That was BS!!! 😡 I ended up paying $18 for this crappy meal. The manager here sucks and the entire staff sucks at this IHOP. Terrible service here and IM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS IHOP AGAIN!!!!!! AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!!!!

We came here for breakfast because we always had a good experience at the one on I-10 and Uvalde St. This was way different. We waited 14 minutes after being seated, 3 different waitresses passed us by and never said a word, one even went to a table behind us then to a table that had been seated 10 minutes after us. This is unacceptable. We left without getting waited on. WON’T be back here again.
