Do not order delivery from them. Apparently if you order online this is an acceptable cinnamon crepe, two unprepared crepes with a side of the cinnamon topping, no filling, no icing, no fruit, and not put together at all. When I called to talk about this they put me on hold indefinitely.

This particular ihop has a customer service problem. Obviously the staff would rather be doing anything but servicing customers as I have a similar experience as a lot of other reviews. No one to greet and seat us and there was almost no one in the restaurant. Everything seemed sticky which I am assuming is from syrup and the lack of cleaning. Server had to keep going back to the kitchen to get things he kept forgetting. No drink refills for anyone and I prefer for servers to bring out drinks on tray and not try to carry 5 drinks with their hands. Over priced average food with poor poor service. I've been to the League City ihop several time in the last few months and the service is always stellar.

Food was the usual, as was the service. However, the cost increase on the coffee alone was outrageous, 3.49 for a 5oz cup of medicore coffee. The coffee should be the highlight of a diner.

Overall experience horrible 10/10 don’t recommend i went a while back and I ordered a plate with hash browns bacon and sausage and when I got my food it was cold I took a bite and it taste like mush everything was mixed together and my boyfriend had hair in his food we asked for a manager to complain about the food and she said it was fine it only taste that way because it’s been sitting under a heat lamp….. what??? Like why would you provide anybody who comes in with old food that has been sitting under a heat lamp this review has been long overdue.

Horrible customer service! We were sat down, menus were given to us and we sat there for 30 minutes; absolutely no one approached our table to ask what we wanted to drink. My son walked out of there crying because he really was looking forward to having pancakes. Also, they were not busy at the time. Never going back to that location again.

If I could do zero stars I would. We got seated and waited 15 minutes just for a waiter to come to our table and another 30 minutes for our food. It wasn’t crowded at all.

I went here and no one came to the front to greet us. The restaurant was completely empty and it seemed like there were no employees inside? This is the second time this has happened at this ihop so we just left. Honestly this place should just shut down it doesn’t even deserve to have a building. Horrible.
We went this afternoon because we had been wanting I-hop, and this is the closest one to the house, but, reading the previous reviews, I didn’t want to come, but we wanted to give it a chance. We were there for 20 minutes, and nobody came and greeted us. Usually, this wouldn't have been an issue, but when the restaurant is not busy, more customers come in after you, and they get greeted, and their food before you're even acknowledged is the issue. I had high hopes for this place, but their bad reviews validated my opinion of this restaurant. Do better.

NEVER ORDER delivery from this iHop. If they screw up the order, AND they will, THEY DO NOT CARE. The manager claimed to me that she loaded the order and did not make a mistake. So, there is nothing that she can or will do.
