This is one of the worst Jack in the Boxes I’ve been to and I kinda love it for that because no matter what you get it’s always going to have something wrong. It either takes forever or you get the wrong items or both and it is always that way. There’s no surprises here

The food is delivered to you in very bad condition. The manger is rude just like the night workers. The red-haired cashier seems to give you the food. She is rude. This has been going on for many years and no one does anything to change the staff and improve the service.

Rude customer service, worst ice coffee. I don’t know how you can mess up an ice coffee something so simple. I ask for ketchup and got grape jelly. Jack in the box don’t comment back saying sorry for the experience just actually do something about it .

Every time I've been to this location they have been extremely rude. Like unnecessarily disrespectful. The lack of product knowledge doesn't make it any better either. At first I thought I was being dramatic but after the second time I I won't be returning.

I had a drive thru order,i the drive thru was wrapped around building. I went inside to ask if it was possible for me to pick ip my order due to the vast amount of cars in the drive thru. I was told no. So i said okay. I get in the drive thru line finally make it to the ordering speaker,just to be yelled at by one of the staff members. This woman yelled its going to be a 30 to 45 minute wait. Didn't even ask me what i wanted to order ir why i was there. I have been in this lone no for over 20 minutes as my food sits in their counter getting cold. This establishment needs to be overhauled with actual professional employees.

These people are always taking forever with my orders and having a “they can wait” attitude and overall bad attitude when I order at the drive-thru. Every time we come here we give them the benefit of he doubt. When will this place ever improve?

Says it's open 24 hours but it's not. Or at least nobody answered at the drive thru. I see cars parked but I guess no service. Time 3:37AM

Today was my third time ever being to his Jack in the box and I will not even think about coming back. The service was just horrible, when I went to the drive thru I had to scream my order because the man couldn’t hear me, and even after that he still couldn’t hear me so he told me to pull up to the window, when I got there he had a mean expression and I handed him a coupon and he started raising his voice at me demanding my name and phone number, even after I complied he was still mean mugging me and being rough with my food, after he handed me my bag of food, I asked for a water cup but he lied to me and told me the machine was broken, so I offered an alternative and asked for a cup of ice. He then let out a huge sigh and started mumbling something in a different language and just grabbed a cup and threw ice in it and handed it to me without saying a word and just mean mugging me. I asked for his name and he told me “Jay” but this was probably a lie to. I came at around 1:45 pm on may 4th, and he was a middle aged Indian man. Please do better and correct your mistakes.

I would like to give them a 0 if I could. Waited to order and the employees only looked at me and ignored me, never took my order and only took the orders on the drive thru. Saw me leaving and came behind me to give someone an order and didn't say anything at all.
