Staff after 11 is terrible will not take orders only pick up will not speak to you on the intercom and despite the signs saying lobby open till 12 door is locked at 10. You will not get sauces you will not get a straw. Young guy on the headset is rude every night

Only three people working. Not acknowledged by anyone. Used a kiosk to order. I waited over 30 minutes before finally asking how much longer would it be for my order. Another customer before me waited even longer. If we had been acknowledged instead of ignored I would not have written this complaint. The tacos were not even hot!

Worst Jack in the area. Always missing items in order or just don't have certain things. Will be closed with employees inside (make that make sense.) Like today, I waited 15 mins at drive thru and then decided to go in but door was locked with an employee sitting inside saying they were closed. The door says 24 hours smh. Needs better management and employees bc this shouldn't happen so constantly.

I’ve been here twice on my way home. The tacos have always been greasier than other locations. And their new chili crisp fries are covered in so much oil (and so little seasoning) that they leaked out of the container and through the bag and into the fabric of my car.

The cook could not even put together a regular taco. The manager said the cheese all melts out. This was not the first time we ate their tacos and the cheese does not melt out. They just did not put any.
No gloves on cleaning and cooking unsanitary. Ain't going back. It's 3pm Tuesday . . Nasty. Lady at window refuse to give me their name.

Ordered Door dash and food was cold. Took 45 minutes just for him to wait on food. They have tracker's!! Everytime I order from McDonald's it only takes. 15 minutes. They right across street!!
