Night crew is very very slow, been in line for 30 mins long line as the proceed to service one vehicle at a time, multiple cars behind me to reverse out and cars honking yelling as night crew looking out window laughing, definitely needs better training overnight

This location going downhill! Theres no customer service they see you and ignore you while at the same time looking lost dealing with orders coming in!
Extremely rude and over bearing staff. Honestly not surprising since the one manager is worse than the rest!! Tried giving it a chance and won’t any more. Cant stand rudeness. There has been one young man that worked the window a couple times that I have been here and he is one of the nicest young men. Probably one of the most polite fast food workers I have ever met! They are always out of Secret sauce and lord help you if you ask to alter your burger. Wont pay to be treated like that!

Can't use my gift card n that won't ever help me work it out they already tell me no matter who is working that's not that problem call number on card!!! So I can never use my online stuff rt have to always use my other cards or money.. just yesterday I went n older lady closed windows while I was talking to her about my order I had alway paid for n never came back until it was done n then rolled eyes when I funnily got to explain what I needed so I guess I'll have to go 20 min away to enjoy now jnb so sad 😞 😔

Empty store, no line, no pick-up orders and they leave me waiting 17 minutes for my food? I only ordered one tiny tacos with onion rings.. It's ridiculous! The guy serving looks like he's asleep and doesn't feel like working, you can tell from the moment he takes the order through the drive thru.

They almost always only have one person working. I feel so bad for them. Most of the people I have met have been super polite, however you do come across those who are so rude. The food is meh. I would only go just for a quick bite. Those mini chimis (Deadpool ones) are WAY overpriced just because of the stupid movie, I mean come on $4 for 3 tiny chimichangas!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Today I picked up 4 tacos, 1 curly fry and a strawberry shake. When I started eating the first taco, it had a large piece of a plastic lid. I couldn't believe it. I tried calling the store on Crabb River Road in Richmond and it said to leave a message. Ugh, this is not good.
