Worst experience!!! Waited over 30 mins for a mobile order. Got the order it was wrong and had hair in it. Staff was rude, on their phones, given expired old tea. Horrible customer service. Bad management

So i orderd the lunchy meal 9$ meal that comes with the burger fries drink n tiny tacos .....he rang up a different meal the munchy meal i was starving so whatever l said If I could add cheese to the tacos he said no 😞

Not sure how this place is still open with the service, mid eastern lady was very egotistic all that was simply needed was an order remade, no need to call me out in front of your employees just because you think there was nothing wrong, but what made this a terrible experience was the eye roll at the end it felt super rude like you were not happy to take care of a situation if there was something wrong.

I love the breakfast here , which is what i ordered. 2 breakfast jacks and hash brown. BUT I DONT APPRECIATE CHEWING ON EGG SHELL BITS 🤮🤮🤮 totally lost my appetite! Had to throw away ! DO BETTER ! Ugh

I’d like to give a big shout to one of your employees, Saraeya! Great customer service and she even gave me a free drink cuz I didn’t have much money. She was holding down the front counter, drive thru and was cleaning up in the dining room. It sounded like she had some rude or impatient customers earlier in the day. The service industry is rough at times no doubt! But keep your chin up and keep smiling no matter who or what comes your way!

It’s been two decades since I enjoyed a burger from a Jack-in-the-Box fast food chain.
After my flight to Houston was delayed and we arrived a couple of hours later than expected, I was famished and couldn’t wait to get home!
It was late and there weren’t any other restaurants open, so we spotted this place and without hesitation, drove straight toward their Drive-Thru.
Oh my heart…how satisfying! The experience was so much better than I remembered.
My burger was made-to-order hot & delicious. The service was friendly and not like we were an inconvenience, and the total cost was just right!
