Please fire the individual that works night shift. He is very rude and disrespectful. I came up to the drive through. And I was hello hello. He was like hold on hold on gadamn yelling. I asked him waht was on a number he said cant you see what's there yelling. Had to take my money somewhere else. This happened Nov 2 by 11:50pm

Came through the drive through, the service was ok. I got up charged for a shake and a drink, he didn’t ask what I wanted. The food was not fresh and I was missing fries. I called the number multiple times and no one answered. On the ticket it had Luisa name but it was a young man, with nails (not to be offensive, just trying to give details on who took my order) taking my order while she was sitting down.

Dixie the manager is racist and extremely rude. Because of her I won’t be placing my order for my family of atleast 60.00. I explained that I spoke with a manager about cold bacon cheddar wedges that had no bacon and were not cooked all the way through, but I’m also placing a 60.00 order on top of the replacement . She declined helping me. I won’t ever come back. I went to spend my money at Tacobell next door. Way better service. You lost a loyal customer. Horrible service
