Dixie the manager is racist and extremely rude. Because of her I won’t be placing my order for my family of atleast 60.00. I explained that I spoke with a manager about cold bacon cheddar wedges that had no bacon and were not cooked all the way through, but I’m also placing a 60.00 order on top of the replacement . She declined helping me. I won’t ever come back. I went to spend my money at Tacobell next door. Way better service. You lost a loyal customer. Horrible service

I came to pick a order up inside at 5:30 this afternoon and both doors were locked. It's like they don't want customers coming in. Really disappointing.
Our one stop shop for door dash! If I forget something to add to my order and the politely gave it me with extra condiments. They really took their time to listen and fix my hiccup on my end. Super friendly. And i love back in the box. Busy work schedule calls for only door dashing from jack in the box!

I get it...the expectations are low because it's a "Jack in the Box". Seriously though, the drive-through is repeatedly stopped for long periods of time, and then they say the register isn't working.

Every time I order drive thru it takes minimum 15 minutes. I ordered 2 burgers and fries yet it took 15 minutes

if i could give 0 stars i would it’s so bad waited for more than 30 mins for an order and there wasn’t ANYBODY at the store there that lazy of workers and slow that they take so long to prepare a meal absolutely horrible don’t know how this is up in business cs it’s insane the floors are all sticky and dirty no way a restaurant is open with that service

I asked for a Biscoff shake, they told me the shake machine is not working. I inquired about the Jack in the Box ornament, and I pointed to the picture, and the clerk was very clueless.
I ended up ordering the ultimate cheeseburger combo. Went to the machine to get my soda, and the ice machine wasn't working. So I had to get the cart to fill my cup with ice. I went back to the soda machine to get the soda with my cup of ice, and it turns out that the soda part is not working either.
I only came here for a shake, knowing you would fill me up, but instead I had to get the combo since I hadn't eaten. The clerks seemed a bit dismissive on everything, more concerned with their Red Bull drinks.
When I was nearing the bottom of the fries, I found someone's dark eyebrow in it.

Update: Came to this location on Sunday, November 3rd around 12pm and the staff here was very quick, precise, professional, and 100% accurate with my order.
I return again Thursday, November 6 at 3:30pm and the staff here completely opposite from Sunday with running the business. COMPLETELY OPPOSITE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY. Please retrain the male and female that spoke over the intercom to take the orders.
Update: May 4th, 2023 @ 8:16pm the staff at this location is unprofessional, inexperienced, rude, and behaving as if she already is short tempered. The female lead or manager that is tall and looks like a male needs to be retrained on how to communicate. Short tempered behavior can lead to short tempered reactions from someone having a bad day. RETRAIN THE EVENING STAFF THAT WAS ON SHIFT IDENTIFIED ON THIS DAY AND TIME! She lost her temper and gave the microphone to another staff since she couldn't remember what was being mentioned through the drive through. P.S. the day staff at this location is a completely different experience since they are all trained professionals that do not bring their personal issues and vent them to the customers in a rude way. Please find staff that reflect the day shift employees because your evening crew needs retraining.
This location needs support all the way around. Machines go down, run out of ingredients, staffing is short, and there is always a issue that occurs. The staff working there are excellent. Its the supplies that are lacking for the business to perform at 100%. Get more staff to support and restock your items so that customers arent sold short of the items purchased.

Waited behind a car in the drive thru for 5 minutes thinking they were just ordering. They leave so I pull up and wait 5 minutes no one ever said anything in the drive thru. Turns out no one was in there the car in front of me just got tired of waiting but lights on and said they were open so? Just wanted me some mini churros ?
