I'm not a huge fan of jack in the box.But I stopped by and needed to use the restroom.Everything was clean and friendly, but a coffee. It was drinkable but not one I good enough to go back and get again.

Manager Silvia….. very rude….no sense of talking to customers. She messed up my order and told me that I m refunding money to u since u want free food. I told her that she can keep my money but don’t use this kind of language. Not acceptable at all since all the jalapeño was not cooked right n they were stick together. Don’t go to this location where they don’t respect the customer and special manager is treating wrongly.

Normally, when I go to work, I stop by different Jack in the Box drive-thrus, and I’ve never had a bad experience until this one. The girl started talking with a bad attitude and said she understood me, but when I looked at the screen, my order was wrong. When I told her that wasn’t what I ordered, she got upset — you could hear it in her loud and rude tone. So I got upset too and left without my order. They should hire friendlier people who actually like customer service, because I never spoke to her in a rude way

Went to this Jack around 9pm. Lobby locked. OK, go to drive thru. Started making my order to the girl, then was interrupted mid way by a guy on the intercom. He said, they aren't taking drive thru orders, I need to make an order online. He said because there was only 1 person working. Even though he was the second person I had talked to. Whatever, I back out, park, make an order on the app. Drive back through, 2 ppl standing around, wait 10 mins. Get old tacos and luke warm breakfast sandwich. Place sucks.

Despite the long wait and a rare mishap with the app not putting my order through… the staff here showed patience and made my order despite the mishap.

This place is awful. They close the lobby whenever they want, the cashiers are super rude; this is the worst establishment in all of the shopping center. If they have a manager, they certainly don't care about the customers experience.

Did take out. Service is VERY long for a fast food franchise, the people working there didn't remember the order, had to constantly check and remind. This Jack in the Box is just as bad as the one on FM1464. Would avoid unless you got time to burn or like to wait.
