I went over to this location today for a chunky strawberry bowl and was sorely disappointed. I have worked at a Jamba Juice before and not once have we ever pre-frozen the base of a smoothie bowl for a customer.The reason why?The taste will be off, even to people who have a cold or recovering from one, like me. All you will get is a bowl that's chock-full of ice crystals and barely any flavor from the fruit.I didn't even bother to get a new bowl after talking to the worker on shift after she explained. I'm good.

First time trying Jamba and it was not a great experience. As I explained it was my first time here nobody had a single recommendation. I got the mega mango which was too sour and poorly made. I only took a sip and did not like it. I asked to switch my drink and got denied due to a return policy and because I took a sip, even tho it was full. So basically they took my money and I didn't finish my drink. STRAIGHT TO THE TRASH ?

The Indian guy was super rude and very unprofessional. My wife and I entered the drive through to place an order; however, we needed a moment to look over the menu. He rushed us and said that he was closing in 5 minutes and told us that we needed to hurry up. I have never experienced this poor level of customer service and we will NEVER return to this location again. Do yourself a favor and do not, I repeat do not waste your time or hard earned money. We are very disappointed as loyal customers of Jamba Juice.

The woman who made my smoothie bowls forgot to put spoons in the bag. So I came back around to ask for spoons and she began to go back and forth with me saying, she put the spoons in the bag and maybe i threw them away. I was like soooo are you not going to give me spoons. Then, she finally gave them to me and said sorry for the inconvenience but “I know I put three spoons in the bag.”I don’t even write reviews y’all but that was ridiculous. Why would you waste both of our time over some plastic spoons you don’t even own? Food was good tho imma pray for her.

I'm assuming this is a franchise location. The guy that is probably the franchise owner is unfriendly and a bit rude.First off, the price displayed for their cayenne pepper and ginger shots is $2.00 online and on their drive thru menu. Which I first, I would get for 2.00 but now they charging close to $4 for the bottle and that little condiment cup with a lid is is also over $3. When i bring to their attention that the menu states $2, they act like they don't fully understand what I'm conveying. I went earlier this week and got the shot which was over $3 for that little cup which is probably like an ounce or less because they didn't even fill it up. They didn't grind or blend the ginger well and there were chunks in it. I went there this morning to get 2 smoothies, the same guy I mentioned at the beginning of this post and I'm sure who all over reviewers are speaking of, was unfriendly and rushing me at the drive thru speaker repeatedly asking is that it So I responded, you can just cancel it and I went to smoothie king down the street instead, which was a much more pleasant experience. The guy at the window was nice and patient as I selected what I wanted. It's just basic customer service. It's all about the service.Tip: don't offer a service or open a business that involves customers just to make money. No matter the businesses we might own or income we earn, We are all, at some point a consumer. And when we're on that consumer side of the table providing the business and workers their income, we expect to be treated kindly, respectfully, and with the energy of you realizing that we are the reason your business grows and thrives.. and ironically, can be the reason your business fails. It's your choice. So don't come here looking down on us, while utilizing our resources needed to open your business to take our money while looking down on us. We will take our money elsewhere. Period.

My son and I have been going here for a couple of months now...and the reason we continue to go back is due to the exemplary service we receive each time!! We order our items in advance, and not only does he know our names but he makes sure he delivers it with a smile each and every time!! I would highly recommend this place for a healthy start to your day!!

Every morning, I stop by this location and Zeeshan is extremely friendly. He hears my voice thru the speaker and immediately knows my orders. I am THANKful for him setting a positive tone for my day.

The Indian guy in the drive through is awful. He is extremely rude and unaccommodating. He refused to give me my drink when I asked him to be respectful and not rude. I understand he works on the food industry but that's no excuse to have poor customer service. He'll get his karma though I'm sure...

The guy that works there is extremely rude. He will talk to you any way, and when you ask him to speak respectfully he will deny you service. My daughter and I were in no way disrespectful or rude to this guy. Jamba has to many other locations to go to this one.

I have given this place a few chances before writing this review. Fresh orange carrot juice does not taste fresh. It tastes like there were preservatives added to make it last. When I asked if the ginger had preservatives they said they were not sure. Save your money!

My boy loved the strawberry surf rider smoothie! This is my third time using their drive-thru and the customer service is always superb!
