Wow! What a difference a year or two makes.The place started off nice and with good sandwiches. This last visit, though, was everything a restaurant and employees shouldn't be.Received a cheesesteak that tasted like the meat had gone bad.Asked to exchange it for something else.Was asked to pay for the replacement.Asked again for an even exchange.Was flat out told no, we don't do that.The employees had no life in them and maybe said ten words to me the entire time.They clearly don't care to be there much less about food or customers.Contacted customer service via their page over two weeks ago; no response.Go somewhere else for better quality of food and service.

This was my second time here and it hasn't disappointed me yet. The subs are really good and the amount of meat they use is unmatched by most sub chains. I will be back!

Just ordered Uber eats today 11/10 around 1:01pm. Everything was seal in bag so it was for sure the workers! There was a piece of trash from a blue cheese pack wrap in with my sandwich! That is soooooo unsanitary and nasty especially if someone hands been on the trash! Quite disgusting ! Las time ordering from here!

The sandwiches are good but this location is inconsistent. When you order door dash they constantly forget something especially the chips they are almost always missing chips. So to get things right go in person. I might try a different shop or location.
I visited this location for first time and second time being eating at Jersey Mike Keenvm, Matthew and Josh were awesome! Gave a welcoming vibe and any questions I asked they helped me find the right sub! I highly recommend this spot!

Fast service. Clean restaurant. I liked that they sliced the Turkey & provolone cheese when I ordered. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. Overall a solid sammy.

I like Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but I don’t like how the person handling the register/check out counter was also preparing my food. The young man was checking people out at the register and then putting on gloves to finish prepping my sandwhiches and I did not think that was really sanitary. At a cash register/while checking a customer out, I imagine you typically deal with payment like cash, touching the register, touching the screen, etc. then to just put gloves on over your hands that were not washed after checking out a customer, and proceeding to touch all over the food (especially making a sandwhich which mainly requires hands, not utensils) is not sanitary in my opinion.
