Meat is tender, flavorful, and juicy. Bbq sauce just adds to it and makes it even better. One of the best brisket sandwiches I’ve had!! Service is always great too!

They were at Katy Old-Fashioned Christmas event yesterday. After perusing all the food trucks, we decided on JOS BBQ because we wanted a breakfast taco & loaded baked tater. No line when I ordered but a few people standing around. This was at 11:12am per receipt. Was told baked taters not ready, come back in 15 mins. I did & there was a small line & quite a few people waiting. Told still not ready, another 10 mins. Ok, 10 mins later, same scenario. I was surprised still not ready but stuck around with the other folks. Twice acknowledged by owners, was told they only had 1 baked tater ready & I confirmed i only ordered 1 plus breakfast taco. Omg, I then waited another 10 mins to be given that baked tater & taco while other people who came AFTER me, were given their orders. Lady next to me also complaining that all she ordered were 2 breakfast tacos & didn't expect it to take 30 mins to receive but a person who ordered a breakfast taco while we were both standing there waiting, got hers first! She said it didn't seem like they were following the orders correctly. They finally handed me my food at 11:48am, 36 mins after I ordered. Went to eat the breakfast taco & it was cold. It was large & would have been a good value for the $5.50 price & maybe even worth the wait, but how could it be cold if I had to wait 36 mins for it? Potatoes were salty, first bite of meat was a big piece of fat that was hidden under the green sauce & the egg was a single fried egg that covered only half the inside of the taco. High hopes for that coveted baked tater but highly disappointed with appearance, more potato showing than filling w/bbq sauce, cheese, drizzle of sour cream but at least potato was warm but definitely not worth the $15 price tag.Oh I love good bbq but this truck wasn't it & just seemed overwhelmed by this event.

Woww super professional and delicious!!!I bought it for the family Thanksgiving reunion and everyone loved them and asked me for their phone number right away!! 100% recommended !! Brisket and sausage like the gods GOOD!!!

The food was delicious. They were out of brisket but I took home some ribs and sausage to surprise the wife. She loved the ribs and the sausage was excellent.
