Not worth it. So disappointed with today's order. We ordered paneer kathi rolls with cilantro sauce. The roll was dry and stale. There were only 5 small and really hard pieces of paneer in both the rolls, no sauce, no fillings. It was really inedible. Masala fries were the only thing that was edible. Tried to call the phone number and it doesn't work. So unfortunate that there is no consistency and quality control.
Update: went to the restaurant the next day to speak to manager, they took my info and never called back. Unbelievable, would not recommend going to a place where management does not value or care enough about the customer.

We were a large group and walked in on Sunday. They were totally not prepared to handle a large order. Two people behind the counter and one person covering the Kunafa desk and our order sent them into chaos. We spent over $100 in food and drinks. Waited almost 20-25 minutes and didn’t hear anything from the counter on the status of our food. When we walked up to the counter to ask for a status, they had some items sitting there and hadn’t even told us that some items were ready. Very frustrating as we had hungry kids with us. The rolls are average at best. They skimp out on fillings and they don’t even follow the toppings order. Every single one of our rolls has jalapeños even though not everyone asked for them. If you’re hungry, one roll at $8.99 - $10.99 may not suffice. The bowls took the longest to make for some reason. There was barely any meat in my bowl and it felt like I was eating rice and sauce. The kids meal had fries that were super, super salty.
Do yourself a favour and go to Chipotle instead. I will not be returning.

I ordered the food via Uber Eats last week, the Samosa Chaat had decent enough taste, No issues about it. However the Paneer Kati Roll had stones (dry, hard, stale Paneer). Do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Too pricy for the portion size they are serving.
Taste was not good.
Ordered Paneer Naan pizza. The server asked for the toppings but not a single topping was there.
Advice to owner- please work on the taste and portion size. It is no where justified for the price you are charging

First time trying this place and everything was tasty. We got a rice bowl and a kati roll. The kati roll is my favorite. The mango yogurt drink was also very good. The bad reviews on here don’t make sense. We will definitely add this place to our list of good eateries close to us. The staff were also really nice and welcoming. They helped me choose the best thing to order.

Disappointing Experience at Kati Roll Wala - Richmond Location
I recently visited Kati Roll Wala’s Richmond location and had an extremely frustrating experience. After waiting 45 minutes for just two bowls, it became clear that the staff was completely confused. Despite the self-proclaimed “new owner” repeatedly telling me “I got you”, when our order finally arrived, it was wrong. The bowl combination we received didn’t even match what was on the receipt.
The lack of organization and efficiency was glaring. If you want to survive in Houston’s competitive market, you need to seriously fix your process. There’s no room for these kinds of mistakes, especially when there are so many great dining options nearby. Very disappointed!

Tried Paratha roll. Amazing!
Ignore the fake reviews! This place is delicious. Been going to the one downtown for a while and excited one owned down the road from my house. Food is fresh and handmade. I always get the rolls and they’re bursting with flavor. Mango lassi is always a treat as well. Highly recommended
