Catherine out did herself! With only a weeks notice (our other baker flaked) she was able to whip up the most delicious, GLUTEN FREE chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream icing for my wife’s birthday. You couldn’t even tell it was gluten free. I highly recommended her bakery to whoever needs a delicious dessert and I will be using her in the future!

if I did not know, I would not believe that what I just had was a vegan Cake. It was absolutely delectable, we had to perform some serious self control to not over indulge.
