Our experience with Katy Bakes TX was wonderful. The owner was extremely personable, kind, and understanding of our needs. We needed a cake that was both vegan and gluten-free. She was able to bake us a cake that met both of those needs and was both beautiful and delicious. All of our guests commented on how amazing the cake was. I will definitely use Katy Bakes TX in the future!
Catherine out did herself! With only a weeks notice (our other baker flaked) she was able to whip up the most delicious, GLUTEN FREE chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream icing for my wife’s birthday. You couldn’t even tell it was gluten free. I highly recommended her bakery to whoever needs a delicious dessert and I will be using her in the future!
Cathy was incredibly helpful. She guided me through the options and helped me choose the cake that worked best for my budget and my vision. The cake turned out fantastic—fun design, exactly the theme I wanted, and it tasted amazing (chocolate with butterfinger filling). Highly recommend and I will be ordering again.
