So I entered the lobby and an associate was standing at the register I approached the register and she never greeted me and just kept on walking back and forth and then went to the back. I didn’t mind because I was still undecided on what to get. I thought that she was coming back to the front but after 8 mins of waiting no one came to the register. I could hear them arguing about hot wings and how they still should stay till 1030.
Hands down the best KFC experience I ever came across. The manager Titus was extremely professional and had excellent customer service! The food was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. This is my go to KFC!
