I ordered the new smash bowl and it was horrible. Food tasted like it’s been sitting out for hours and was stale. Co worker got the 5 piece tender meal and was super hard and dry- tenders were stupid tiny. This establishment is trash. I don’t remember KFC ever tasting so disgusting.

Drive thru employee was RUDE. Plus, fix the drive thru menu screen it is blurry. We received mashed potatoes and NO gravy. Bought a 12 PC meal. Received only ONE chicken breast and the rest was drumsticks and two wings. Two forks and two napkins for a FAMILY MEAL! I won't be back!

Well, I see many other folks feel the same way we do about this location. KFC original recipe was once as good as mom's homemade fried chicken. $30 for an 8 piece, overcooked, soggy breading chicken. The pieces were small, looked about the size of pigeon legs. We get better fried chicken at Kroger for half the price.

Save your money. Too bad I could not give it zero stars, gross chicken, missing chicken and biscuits and gravy, the large sides not even half way filled up. Called asked for a replacement and that was even worse the gravy was like clumps of mud with dirty water on top and even more missing food than the first time. I will never go here EVER again.

I’ve been here a few times and what is missing at this location is consistency. Sometimes the chicken is great and sometimes it’s greasy and bad. Customer service was good, nothing to complain about. Compared to other KFC locations I would say this place is average.
I went to eat for the first time with my family today, Sunday at 5:30 pmAnd they had the door closed, with a closing time of 10pm. Inside there were some customers. It is in bad taste that you want to please your children by eating somewhere and they do not comply with their schedule. Thank goodness we didn't eat there. Seeing the comments of most customers, after all it doesn't look very good.
