Overall 4/5. I went twice (once this past Saturday at around 9pm, and again today, Monday). Saturday it was amazing. Probably top 5 best burgers I’ve had in my life. Not too salty, not too greasy(I know burgers should have flavor). Today? The day I take my wife, nowhere near as good. Top 5 worse burgers. Waaayyyy too salty, fries came out like 7 minutes after our burgers. Didn’t feel like it was made with love.

My son and I love this place. Great burgers and milk shakes. Food is prepared fresh.The atmosphere is very welcoming and always great customer service. Only thing I didn't like was the processed fries. Fresh ingredients except the French fries.

I used to eat here at least twice a week but since Curtis (one of the partners) left, it has gone down hill BIG time. The quality of food has drastically decreased and the portion sizes have went down more than 50%. I hope they can get new management and turn it around because they used to have one of the best burgers in Richmond and now one of the worst!

The bigger was amazing! Cooked perfectly. The fries were good but I prefer crispy fries but they were real potato fries not frozen. The restaurant is small and the AC seemed to be out as it was very hot.

This WAS my go- to burger place when I get burgers out, which is every few months. It's been a few months since I've visited. In that time, my favorite burger changed! It's just a burger, but it's still sad! I always got the Big Smoke. I loved the congeled gelatinous mess of onions that used to come on the burger! Now it's just lightly grilled onions. It also used to have smoked cheese - gouda, I'm pretty sure. Now it has pepperjack. What is smokey about pepperjack? It's still a good quality burger but not nearly as unique or cravable. This likely won't be my go-to burger joint anymore.

Vegetarian options: There are a few options including black bean burgers.

While often the Cook does not know what medium rare means, their burger is still phenomenal. Something about the red onions and that sourdough bread. Excellent hamburger. I dare say even better than five guys.

These burgers are on point. Thick juicy and cooked just right. Tons of flavor. The buns are unique, soft, and the right size for the 1/2 pd meet in the middle. The fries are outstanding and obviously made fresh. Will definitely come back. I highly recommend.

Food was ok. Not a lot of flavor. It's just a hamburger. The fries were ok. Not worth the $18 in my opinion.

Also, it was over 95 degrees outside and I don't think they had their air conditioner turned on. It was hotter inside the building, due to lack of airflow, than it was outside.

Also then men's restroom needed to be cleaned. There was piss all over the floor.
