Editing review because the bakery is still vacant and it's ridiculous that since my last review, I've needed the bakery over 3 times again and no one was there to write on the cake. The last time I remember someone even being available, I had to have someone from the meat department help me and he found some random women who didn't write nicely. It's crazy. The cakes are yummy and baked really well but it's rare to find the decorator there. Most parties happen the weekend and that's when she's not there.
Giving 4 stars because I love my krogers location! It would've been 5 stars, but I deducted it because the past few times NO ONE is at the bakery to help with writing on cakes. It's highly annoying. I seen a man eating in the office but he seemed like management and I assumed he didn't have the beautiful writing or knowledge to help since he didn't. Lol I called krogers to request help. No one answered the bakery line, and then the operator had me on hold. I was on a time crunch so I went and bought some icing to write on it myself. The location is clean and has great items. But the bakery staff is always absent. It was around 3:30pm Friday. 7/26.

Please beware!! Kroger is a scam!! I just I just got back from purchasing several items that they had on sale and they do not honor their sale items! Other than that more than that, they had me parading around the store, barefoot and begging for discounts. Please do not business with them.

Wow! I had no idea what I was walking into! I've never been in a "Marketplace" Kroger. This store is really nice. Very clean and the selections of merchandise and groceries were outstanding! Wish there was one closer to where I live in Spring.

I was looking for 2 items. I had checked the isles before asking and the First Gentleman that was restocking flat out said “I don’t know where anything is” I go to the front to ask, the First Lady called a young lady to assist and I was told 2 possible isles, went to check and nothing. I go back and tell them I couldn’t locate the items. The younger lady sighed heavily and rolled her eyes while getting out her phone and said she didn’t know. If you’re bothered by being asked for help then why work in a customer service job??
I got to tell you my last few visits here to this Kroger's has disappointed me. The employees look like they're really really not having a good time. I don't like to put names out there but Audrey working at the checkout never acknowledge me and she had her iPhone earpiece in her ear.
As a business owner I know it starts from the top. It's sad to see employees unhappy.

No one at the registers at 7am in the morning and this wasn't the first time. Needed to checkout my full cart at a self checkout. Guess its HEB from now on..

Decent place the area is an has changed a lot from 5 years ago. A very diverse group of people now vs then. But it’s not a bad place to shop, quite. Easy in an out. Decent age group of ladies
