As someone who has worked in the service industry for years I can say that Abby gave exceptional customer service. I had come in with an issue that she quickly and efficiently resolved. She provided a warm friendly atmosphere that often isnât seen in high volume boba shops. She took orders and made all our drinks and everything was perfect! Multitasking at its finest, I hope someone gives her a raise :)

Ordered a slush. Somehow consistency is a hit and miss. Sometimes theyâre too watered down. Theyâre always accommodating to redo it, but I donât want to have to keep asking to redo it everytime itâs not âslushyâ. I just want it to be consistent every time. If itâs slush, it has to be like a smoothie consistency/icy.

I got the matcha milk cap w boba. The matcha was great and the boba was the perfect texture! It took about 10 minutes for them to make my drink despite the store being pretty empty, but aside from that the service was good. The store was playing very loud music, though, so I couldnât sit inside because it gave me a headache.
