The boba drink tasted good but literally 50 percent of it was just ice . So for 7$, I got half cup of boba tea . I asked the staff and they didn’t do anything . Just said that please tell us next time not to put too much ice but this is their “ standard procedure” to put half cup ice . They were also running an online promotion of buy one, get one free but told me they would not acknowledge that .

As someone who has worked in the service industry for years I can say that Abby gave exceptional customer service. I had come in with an issue that she quickly and efficiently resolved. She provided a warm friendly atmosphere that often isn’t seen in high volume boba shops. She took orders and made all our drinks and everything was perfect! Multitasking at its finest, I hope someone gives her a raise :)
Many times at this location but tonight stood out the most. The young man in front and the young lady were the two nicest persons I have ever met. Drink was out fast right before closing and tasted all the same. Will continue to come here now and ever :')
