As someone who has worked in the service industry for years I can say that Abby gave exceptional customer service. I had come in with an issue that she quickly and efficiently resolved. She provided a warm friendly atmosphere that often isn’t seen in high volume boba shops. She took orders and made all our drinks and everything was perfect! Multitasking at its finest, I hope someone gives her a raise :)

Many times at this location but tonight stood out the most. The young man in front and the young lady were the two nicest persons I have ever met. Drink was out fast right before closing and tasted all the same. Will continue to come here now and ever :')

Ordered a slush. Somehow consistency is a hit and miss. Sometimes they’re too watered down. They’re always accommodating to redo it, but I don’t want to have to keep asking to redo it everytime it’s not “slushy”. I just want it to be consistent every time. If it’s slush, it has to be like a smoothie consistency/icy.
