I love how easy and fast it is to order food from here, especially picking up with the QR code is revolutionary but the staff can be a hit or miss. Typically, only the young lady who speaks Spanish is very nice. They young guys have been rude to me, maybe it’s just my luck. The pizza usually tastes good!

absolutely terrible service!!!! we ordered two stuffed crust cheese pizzas and they gave us two pepperonis. we are muslim and cannot eat pepperoni, when we went back to get it fixed the guy had so much attitude and looked at me and said “what do u want me to do” after i told him it was messed up. i had to then tell him i needed it either replaced or refunded and he continued to give attitude and asked what i wanted to do with the old ones. terrible customer service!! this needs to be worked on!

He messed up my order and then he had a crappy attitude about having to remake my pizza. His expectation was for me to accept it, with no discount, walk away and be happy about it. Absolutely rediculious and the worst customer service. Never again. Dominoes from now on.

Services were horrible. Impolite manager. Very rude to customers. Ignored the customers as they were at the front counter. Lost order and had to wait an extra 35 min.

Had a rude employee named Mohammed call me a liar and a thief just because I stepped outside to get a card to purchase 4 sauces he proceeded to follow me outside and take a picture of my car without my permission and threaten to call the cops on me just because I stepped outside to get a card to pay for sauces I’m never coming back to this location ever again get your employees in check little Caesar’s

I made an online order. I ordered an old fanceroni pepperoni pizza. I advised the on duty mgr that this pizza doesn’t look like a fanceroni pizza. He quickly began to explain how the pepperoni are measured and tossed on the pizza. I advised if I wanted my pizza to look the way it did I would have just ordered a create your own pizza. Instead of listening to me he stated we are done and refunded my money. I came back in and asked for his name and inquired if he was the owner. He stated he was the manager. I made him aware that I’ll be making a formal complaint to corporate and to the owner. The manager who didn’t hear his customer concern was Mohammed. His customer service skills need to be improved if he’s to be a manager anywhere. Thank you I definitely did not appreciate the respect given as a customer at this store. This is the manager who was totally rude and disrespectful. Mohammed in my opinion should not be a manager of any store by the way he treats his customers.

This big guy behind the counter needs to get his attitude checked ! My pizza had already been over an hour and the guy just says it’s not his problem? That it’s be ready when it’s ready?? Do y’all even like getting paid anymore ?
