Would give zero stars if it allowed. Placed and online order for pickup on Wednesday night April 2nd and when my husband went at 9:45ish the door was locked and when he tried explaining to the employee through the door that we paid for a pickup order they just shrugged saying get a refund. They don’t close until 11pm as stated on their doors and google. Still haven’t had a refund issued because getting ahold of someone on their customer service line or getting someone to answer the phone at this location is just impossible. At this point I’m gonna have to dispute with my bank to get my money back. Don’t ever go to this location, the service is terrible and l they will just take your money and close early with no explanation. Desperately needs new management.

Ordered for delivery. They employed DoorDash (unknowing to me) for said delivery. The DoorDash driver delivered to the wrong house. When we called the DoorDash driver (based on text we got) he couldn’t communicate with us as he didn’t speak English. I called the local Little Caesar’s location and I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now, waiting for somebody to pick up. This is the first and last time we try delivery from Little Caesar’s.

Update: Even the hood stores are better than this one. Hot and Ready's are never ready. Of the last four visits, not a songle pizza or dish has been in the ovens. They wait time is always 20+ plus minutes, for some reason. But somehow, they're always in the back making pizzas and making you wait to order.
They should close the doors and change everything to online ordering and pick only because that's really where all their focus is. If you don't order online, they really could care less about you.

Someone should remind the crew that the purpose of a mask is to cover the mouth and nose, not just the bottom lip.

Okay but HOW? I have NEVER had any other location give me such perfection of a pizza! I went today. Just got back home and I open the box to such beauty. Maybe I’m just super hungry, I don’t know, but this looks so perfect. Thank you ! Oh and it tastes AMAZING!! Someone needs a raise!

Avoid this location. They use the bare minimum of ingredients. The Italian Cheese Bread should be cheesey right? Not at this location. The one on Crabb River is good.

Poor customer service, I received an email stating the pizza was ready, went to the cashier and rudely, he pointed at the screen and said if your name is not there is NOT ready!! Waited approximately 20-25 minutes to only find out the pizza had been ready but he didn’t bother to look in the back! Then sarcastically he said at least it’s ready now! While I was there about 3 people walked out! Never visiting this location again!!

I am writing to formally report an extremely troubling incident involving one of your employees, Mohammed M., at the Little Caesar’s location I visited on June 26, 2024. I believe this matter requires immediate attention and appropriate action. Upon entering the store, I observed Mohammed M. training a new employee. During this time, I overheard him instructing the trainee to apply additional charges to my order. When I questioned him about these charges and whether they would appear on the receipt, he confirmed that they would. However, once the receipt was printed, the additional charges were not itemized. The additional items in question, including extra Parmesan seasoning, garlic butter, and veggie seasoning, are not listed on the menu, making it impossible for me to verify their prices. When I raised this issue with Mohammed, he began yelling at me in front of the new employee, accusing me of being a frequent problem, despite this being my first such experience. His response was both confusing and unwarranted. Following this outburst, Mohammed retreated to the back kitchen, where he loudly spoke about me to another employee. Distressed by this unprofessional behavior, I requested to cancel my order and asked for his name. He responded with further yelling, initially refusing to provide his name. Upon refunding my order, he directed a deeply offensive slur at me, calling me a "dumb f***" in front of another customer and his colleagues. When I expressed my shock, he further threatened me, stating I was "lucky" he couldn’t come from behind the counter. I then asked for corporate contact information to escalate this issue, which he refused to provide, continuing to threaten me. I left the store feeling utterly appalled and disturbed by his conduct. This level of disrespect, aggression, and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. No customer should ever endure such treatment. Mohammed’s actions not only tarnish the reputation of Little Caesar’s but also pose a serious threat to customer safety and comfort. I urge you to address this matter with the utmost seriousness. Mohammed’s behavior warrants immediate dismissal to ensure that such an incident does not occur again. I expect to be contacted directly to discuss this incident further and to be informed of the actions taken. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter. Sincerely, Paul Scott

I don’t know where to start. Whether I order from the site directly or through third party like Uber Eats….this location finds a way to F it up every single time!! Either missing a box or two, to having cold food delivered, it is insane that there is something wrong every time!!
