Great place! The owner personally got to know me and what I do and she loves me. Shes very attentive and caring. The Viet Coffee (cafe sue da) is really strong and great here, not too sweet as well! The Banh Mi bread is also very crunchy and toasted very well

First visit: The lady was rude as hell, we left without saying anything. Second visit (hoping there’s another person on the counter): Same lady, even more rude. We came with the whole family to have some boba, my 2yr old nephew was inserting coin in the candy machine to get one, he had no idea, she was being rude to him and his mom, snatched the menu away from our hand and said you wanna order or no? Honestly, this isn’t normal behavior. She seems racist, because why would someone be rude to customers for no reason.

One of my favorite boba shops! The owner recognizes me now because of how much I order my go-to: the Mai’s fries and a house milk tea. The fries are sooo good— definitely a must try! The house milk tea is light, creamy, and aromatic— other boba shops don’t have a flavor like this one. The owner has been so nice to me every single time. If you’re in the area you should definitely try the shop out!
I was one of the first customers there, and it was very calm in there , even with a lot of people in there. The vibes were great and she was very nice and humble, I now go to Mai’s tea house wherever I can. ( like today)
