First time at this restaurant and was surprised that the chicken was well season and crisp. Could use more inside seating especially in the Texas heat but overall I will be back to try more items (especially the grits and biscuits)

I bought the chicken tenders and a few other items to go. When I finally got home and sat down to eat, I was extremely disappointed to find out that they had changed their buffalo sauce? I lovedddddd getting their chicken specifically because they this amazing homemade buffalo sauce but it looks like they’ve opted for a generic store bought buffalo brand. Smh. I probably won’t buy the chicken anymore since it doesn’t even taste the same without the sauce. I hate that for me?

I stumbled upon this place one Sunday morning waiting for a friend. I thoroughly enjoyed my biscuits and gravy as well as tacos. I highly recommend this location. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic.

Dysfunctional, SLOW & Incompetent. Those are the best way to describe the Richmond, Texas location. Today 09/28/24 arrived and placed order to go at 11:47 & was refunded my money by a Manager who said her name was "Mary" 12:18. Either the owners are related to her or never go by there? I was told a 5-10 wait fir the difficult "Retro" order that I assume is their top seller?
Either way I asked Mgr Mary to check on my order and she never replied.
A young man in front of me also ordered to go and was still waiting when I left.
My order to go #1864048 will reveal this information.
I asked Manager Mary if my food isn't ready at almost a half an hour I would like a refund.
So she took my receipt walked directly to the register and refunded my money?
She didn't offer to check on my order, apologize for the long wait, give an explanation of the delay and even upon giving me the refund refused to apologize or acknowledge the problem.

I love their food and have plenty of friends who go there. I will NOT return as a customer I have choices, until I receive an apology or there is a new manager. Mary should not be running a lemonade stand with her attitude.
She'll be the person behind the counter with some shorts or jogging pant style shorts with a wrinkled shirt and sloppy look representing the business.
Restaurant Rule #1 - Customer service or even with good food be out of business soon!

Omg .. 45 min wait for eggs & biscuits.. while we wait, we are watching the slowest, most laziest workers, both at the register and the floor .. there are about 35 people here and they are in the I don't care how long you wait mode clealry.. the only person working hard and with a pleasant attitude is the black lady in glasses she us working every station to cover the lazy ppl .. won't be back

Disappointing. Food is great, but service is hit and miss. First time we went in the line was empty but the tables were full; they said they were out of biscuits and it would be 15 minutes. We ended up bussing our own table and wiping it down as they were clearly unorganized and understaffed. Looking at other tables, everyone was waiting for food and people were saying they were waiting for 45-1 hour with some not even getting their entire order. Some even went up and found out they had their food sitting there getting cold, waiting for biscuits. We ended as the rest and waited 45 minutes- the food was great though. Today, we ordered take out and they forgot our waffles for our kids. I ended up having to drive back and they said they threw in extra strawberries (although we already paid $2 for extra ones)- at the least they could have made me an extra waffle so I could eat it with the cold food I had at home. Foods great though, but I think they need to manage the service and take out better, otherwise stop take out orders when they’re over loaded….

This was my first visit. A friend told me she had gone and it wasn’t good but I wanted to see for myself. I should have listened. Service was great, the person that took my order was friendly but it ended there. When my food was brought out I was disappointed. The bacon was perfect, the gravy on the biscuit looked congealed, the smash browns were fair & the eggs, omg, it was like a peppery film over them. I was able to move a little bit of the film over & get to the eggs but pretty much no. Overall, other than the bacon, it wasn’t a good meal. I contemplated asking for a manager but unfortunately all I saw was young people & in my xperience they don’t seem to care. Go for yourself, maybe your experience will be better, I should’ve listened to my friend
