I am disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I placed an order through the store’s website, but the delivery was handled by a third-party service (Grubhub). Unfortunately, the pizza was never delivered. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, the manager refused to identify herself, was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude. Instead of offering assistance, she refused to take any responsibility, directed me back to Grubhub, and abruptly ended the call.

This experience was extremely frustrating, and I expected better service. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer support and accountability in situations like this.

Wireless Catering

Was food poisoned last week and considered filing a major complaint. Something went wrong with this place as we used to like this place. Unfortunately its unsanitary, workers not wearing gloves, sink faucet dripping and the ones serving do not seem to healthy with major body odor. When you get delivery you don't see this luckily it was a carryout. They need to fix this place back to the old Marcos.

I will give them a 0-star review. I ordered an XL, paid for an X large, but gave my pick-up person a medium. Bad business practiceOrder food just for them too give us the wrong size pizza called them and they just hanged up on us very rude customer service no respect what so ever I do not recomed eating here or doing called the. Again and just left us on hold.

Marcos pizza lover here. This particular location haw constantly let me down with over the phone orders. Either order you pizza at their location or go elsewhere. Never order over the phone here. Be forewarned!!

Rude manager. My order was 20 min past when it was supposed to arrive, so I called and was on hold 5 min. When I finally spoke to the manager, he stated the delivery person took the wrong pizza. When asked why no one called he said, we are busy. When I asked if I would be expecting some type of credit for it taking double the delivery time he said I can give you a refund, but then you won't get your pizza. I was so shocked by this. I will never order here again. Terrible Custer service and they didn't bring the sauces I ordered.

I ordered for my school fundraiser and was suppose to receive my kids box they decorated at school. I only ordered for this reason and didn’t even get their box. I then ordered breadsticks with parm garlic dipping sauce and received pizza sauce. I hate pizza sauce and didn’t even get that on my pizza, I got white sauce. To top it all off, the pizza is literally DRIPPING with grease it’s disgusting! For sure will not be returning here again. I should have read the comments first.

Everything you want in a local pizza place with that franchize consistancy! This was my first visit and it will not be the last. The pizza delicious with very fresh tasting toppings. The staff were energetic, friendly and seems to be enjoying themselves. We enjoyed a 2-topping large w mushrooms & beef. We also got a specialty large - philly cheese w chicked instead of steak. Top notch and a noticable improvement to our usual Thursday night pizza choice. Plenty of coupons on the app for budget conscious households. The most impressive part about the experience was the service after the service. I had placed a stardard order with one of their awesome coupons; but because it was a fund raising I did not realize that coupons could not be applied as they were giving a decent chunk of sales to the organization. Had I known - I probably would have just gotten the 1 large. I realized this after I got home and shot Marco's an email explaining my mistake. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was not unhappy and for that, they have gained a dedicated customer. Great job Marcos!!

First pizza we got from then 2 weeks ago was great

The one we just got tonight 9/20 wasn't much better than the $5 hot and ready variety

First one was so good we wanted another but after this time we would probably choose another pizza shop to pick up dinner from.

Based on the other reviews I've skimmed, we got lucky we got a good pizza the first time??‍♂️

Probably go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your experience and actual meal.

This Marcos is horrible. The 2.5 stars on yelp is generous.

I was missing items, my food was overcooked, thrown in the box any type of way, and unseasoned (cinnamon squares had no cinnamon, as pictured)... I tried to communicate my grievances to the staff and owner and they didn’t care. The owner didn’t want to offer me a partial refund as I had asked (which is nicer than most people who ask for complete refunds), and said he watched everything get packaged and made, and said he’d only partially refund me if he drove back up to my OFFICE JOB to reassess and pick the order back up himself… I feel like at that point it’s bad customer service and questionable. I’d have said yes but it made me feel unsafe and like it could escalate based on how he (the owner) spoke to me. Other places don’t take things back because it’s unhygienic but this location seems to think otherwise. Why would you want it back? It’s more than strange to take the time out to drive somewhere 20+ min away in the rain to trash it yourself. We argued for about 5 min before I left the conversation after him laughing and antagonizing me.

It’s not all locations, but this one I would not return to even if they offered to give me something for free. The customer service and presentation is garbage. The picture of the pepperoni and spinach pizzas are examples of what I have received from other locations. It’s a good brand, just a bad place.

Time to contact my bank since they don’t want to meet me halfway. Sigh.

Bonus: The last image is of the same type of pizza I received from the location I like. See the difference in presentation? Thats what I’m used to.
