The manager there is rude and treats her employees terrible. (Blue eye shadow and long eye lashes) I ordered two al carte pancakes because my kids eat one pancake and one hashbrown each. Instead of wasting food, I would rather order what we eat. The kid took my order and she ran across the kitchen to scream that we HAVE TO ORDER 3 PANCAKES! I told her other McDonald’s let me order one pancake each -she loudly state “NOT HERE”! What about sustainability! Does this location rather waste than conserve?!? It was maybe a 1$ difference. In the end, not only did the manager lose a very active customer, but showed bad representation on the sustainability approach that all companies should be trying to adhere to! This location is terrible!

Only one employee seemed like they didn't have a chip on their shoulder and I don't think they could have slapped the food together any worse.They were not that busy 2/25 1:00
Ordered food in their app and had to go inside and ask for it after waiting forever outside for it. They told me they didn't have any of one of the things i ordered, asked me if I'd like a substitute. I didn't want that so they gave me what I asked for to begin with. Why lie?

Went today bc of the storm didn't if the power would go out. 2 of my happy meals were missing their apple juices. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe no onions. This is the worst one I've ever gotten. HAD onions, and pretty much had no lettuce. It was all smashed. I've worked at McDonald's i understand the patty is sometimes a little flat, but that can be corrected my changing the settings. Its SUPPOSED to be juicy not flat. Things are getting more expensive and the quality honestly sucks. The fried we not fresh either soggy and not good.The McDonald's I worked none of my managers would've allowed a burger to go out like that. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald's on my way home. I can't for some reason post the picture. I'm very upset and so are my kids. This McDonald's is usually decent, but today was horrible.
