This place might be the worst McDonald’s in the area. Every time I come here there’s an issue. Order takes forever, missing items. I only come here because my kid loves it. Every time I’ve had a problem the manager does not care, she’s terrible. How hard is it to put all the items in the bag?? 6 item order and you miss one?? I wish I could have that kind of accuracy at work and still have a job.

Stay away from this McDonald's; it takes about 30 minutes to get your order. If you have questions about your order, no one will help you. It's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Wow, I’m so impressed!

I’m not sure if she’s an assistant manager or the manager, but the woman leading the team today is *exactly* who you want in charge.

She made sure employees washed hands and changed gloves, greeted me warmly, and kept both the drive-thru and counter running smoothly.

Super efficient, fast service, and her attention to detail gave me confidence in the food quality — and she didn’t disappoint!

The wrap I had was perfectly packed, way better than what I’ve gotten at other places like McDonald’s. This location deserves recognition for its amazing management!

Tyson was the most helpful and patient worker at this location . Every single time I’ve came to this location its been nothing but rude people and nasty attitude. I try to avoid this location at all cost but its the nearest location to my house. I tested my He helped my family and I and made sure our experience was fabulous! Hes doing an amazing job! Thank you Tyson!!!

It's McDonald's. I don't know what else there is to say. The drive thru crew is always very nice. So there's that. The food is the same no matter what McDonald's you go to, so consistency is something.

I wouldn’t go to this location again.
I only stopped by because it’s close to my workplace, and this was my first time here. The location itself is hard to find. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac meal without pickles. The staff asked me to park, and said they’d bring the food out.

After waiting 10 minutes, my food finally arrived. I asked for napkins, and the lady simply said, “I don’t have them.” When I checked the bag, the fries were cold and stale, and the burger had pickles in it, even though I clearly asked for it without.

Worse, the burger itself was cold, burnt, and inedible. I wasn’t even able to eat it that day.
Very disappointing experience. Won’t be returning.

Rude employees. Talking negatively about customers in Spanish they think don’t understand Spanish. Newsflash, this is Texas, most people can understand Spanish

Had us waiting for 10 min for an order we placed 30 min ago for a single hash brown. Total of 40 min for a hash brown. Terrible.

Lady at the drive thru gave me a face and scoffed at me. The younger girl at the front started talking about us with the guy with the painted nails. All terrible attitudes. Either do your job or find one you enjoy. Do better.

I wish I could give a negative star , but Here's an edited version of your complaint:

The cashier, Callie, gave me watered-down orange juice after making me wait over 10 minutes. She said they ran out of orange juice and had to restock it, but didn't inform me it needed to mix properly. It tasted disgusting. Before giving me the nasty orange juice, she told me to leave and come back when it was ready. Who wants to leave and come back after waiting for a while for orange juice? I ended up coming back to get a refund for the inconvenience and wanted to be compensated with a fresh orange juice and a refund. Callie denied my request, saying it was either one or the other, as if it wasn't her fault for not disclosing that the orange juice wasn't ready to be served. Initially, I would have gotten a refund for the orange juice, but their self-check kiosk was out of paper. I asked for the manager, who turned to Callie for an answer, so I'm not sure who was in charge today. Please review the cameras. I'm not sure if Callie is her real name, but she was a light-skinned girl, about 5'6" tall, with glasses and a hoodie. Her face was kind of broken out. Please review the cameras. I would have done the survey, but their ink looked like it was fading, so I'm sure they feel like that worked in their favor. And the orange juice I took two sips out of it if that.

The man at drive thru is Sidel is very rude he has no happiness when greating customers drive thru is forever I literally had to turn my car off for how long I was waiting!!! Will NEVER COME BACK I PROMISE!!
