Had us waiting for 10 min for an order we placed 30 min ago for a single hash brown. Total of 40 min for a hash brown. Terrible.
Lady at the drive thru gave me a face and scoffed at me. The younger girl at the front started talking about us with the guy with the painted nails. All terrible attitudes. Either do your job or find one you enjoy. Do better.

I wish I could give a negative star , but Here's an edited version of your complaint:
The cashier, Callie, gave me watered-down orange juice after making me wait over 10 minutes. She said they ran out of orange juice and had to restock it, but didn't inform me it needed to mix properly. It tasted disgusting. Before giving me the nasty orange juice, she told me to leave and come back when it was ready. Who wants to leave and come back after waiting for a while for orange juice? I ended up coming back to get a refund for the inconvenience and wanted to be compensated with a fresh orange juice and a refund. Callie denied my request, saying it was either one or the other, as if it wasn't her fault for not disclosing that the orange juice wasn't ready to be served. Initially, I would have gotten a refund for the orange juice, but their self-check kiosk was out of paper. I asked for the manager, who turned to Callie for an answer, so I'm not sure who was in charge today. Please review the cameras. I'm not sure if Callie is her real name, but she was a light-skinned girl, about 5'6" tall, with glasses and a hoodie. Her face was kind of broken out. Please review the cameras. I would have done the survey, but their ink looked like it was fading, so I'm sure they feel like that worked in their favor. And the orange juice I took two sips out of it if that.

Ordered the new chicken Big Mac….. terrible first off and second pretty much what they did here was get thier famous chicken nugget and turn it economically into a patty, it was so dry that I had to rely on the Big Mac sauce to make it through and last but not least my experience was as dry as the male teen on the drive through not even a smile bada ba ba I wasn’t lovin it this time :/

I'd say Don't order from this location. The last time I ordered here they didn't give me everything I ordered. They said the item was sold out. They refused to refund me or provide an alternative.
Yet again, this McDonalds does not uphold what the franchise is known for: consistency. Just stopped by at 8:45 for a sundae to find the lobby closed and the drive-thru line 10 cars deep with little movement. It's so frustrating that this service us acceptable to McDonalds

They refused to give me a puppy cup (a small cup with whipped cream). I had to tell them that since I ordered a frappe, just put the whipped cream on the side. ? They also charge for extra sauce at this location, which is ridiculous! I hate this location ? The majority of the people who work here are rude. They can't seem to everyone get their acts together ? and because they aren't making ends meet they charge for extra sauces! (An employee shared some info) So essentially they are charging the customers to cover their losses !??!

Someone has to get in there and manage. You have drive thru taking 15 minutes and I pull up to the window to confirm the burgers are plain, which they weren’t. The lady had air pods in and cared more about her artwork on a piece of cardboard. Guy at the second window also wouldn’t even say a word when I said hi and asked if the cheese burgers in the happy meal were actually the plain ones.
