I go to this place about once every two weeks and over the past 3ish years, they have messed up my order every single time. Honestly impressive.

Just FYI to the head manager or owner of this location. Im not sure what mgnt roll she plays but the Hispanic lady there today took my order never rang it in only pretended to opened the drawer and gave me made up change and no receipt. Then took off to the back and came up with my order in literally 20 seconds . I was adding up the change she gave me cause I gave her a 20 and the change was short I ask for a receipt cause non printed it threw her off she ask what did I get punched it up on the system gave me $2 more and still no receipt. Pretty sure she's scamming the til and not ringing up cash orders . Just FYI

I always have issues at this location. Half the time something is missing or wrong. And whenever I order fries bigger than a small they consistently do not fill it up all the way. And whenever I ask for corrections Im always met with attitude. Avoid this location if you can!

I consistently have issues with this location. Almost every time I order, something is missing from the bag like barbecue sauce, fries, apple slices, toys, or parts of the Happy Meal. I always check before pulling off, and when I ask for the missing items, I’m met with attitude or told they don’t have it. If something is out of stock, it should be communicated up front so customers can choose a replacement. It feels like things are being withheld on purpose to preserve sauces and sides. I shouldn’t have to inspect my bag like a detective just to get what I paid for. This location really needs to improve accuracy and customer service.

The thing about McDonald's I love the most is their deals on their app. Everyday I get a large Dr pepper with no ice for $0.99 that's ridiculous Great job.
