Been waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. When I asked an employee (short slim blk man with a small fro and NASTY attitude) he just told me to get out of his line and wait..... so I continued to wait then he comes out and says after 45 minutes that he doesn't have my order and it's not his problem.. Unbelievable. This is by far the most incompetent McDonald's that I've ever been to. NEVER AGAIN.

I paid for a coffee online and this lady did not want to give it to me saying that I had not paid for the order, I did not ask them but she told me to leave when she is not the owner of the store.I can only tell her that I will call the corporation and have them check the cameras and see what happened when I actually paid for a coffee and in front of the customers she told me to leave and she didn't even give me my money back .I told him I would pay him again and he didn't sell it to meI humiliated myself, I shouldn't have behaved like thatI paid for a coffee online and this lady did not want to give it to me saying that I had not paid for the order, I did not ask them, I told her that I would pay for it again and she did not want to sell it to me, she told me to leave when she is not the owner of the store .I can only tell him that I will call the corporation and have them check the cameras and see what happened when I actually paid for a coffee and in front of the customers he told me to leave, he made me feel less for no reason, he shouldn't have behaved like that.

I was in drive through a couple minutes before the close time. As a minimum courtesy nobody came to the window nor spoke from the ordering system to let me know they are closed. Thats a minimum you can do! People come at the last minute due to whatever reason but not responding is disrespectful..

Your employees are degenerate children. I can teach you how to run a QSR. Stop by jersey mikes. These guys all seem like they could be my high schoolers drug dealers. Your employees at night are delinquent trash that you are keeping on your staff because no one wants to work the 24hour night part of the shifts. Here’s Uber drivers claiming your employees are on drugs.

One of my favorite Mc Donald’s. I come here after work almost every night. The young lady with glasses, and soft spoken voice always has a great attitude.Everything is always fresh! Service is fast and friendly.

We just left and all 3 employees were under the influence of some substance.Everything was off and we kept getting asked what are order was. We did not get our drinks and when we asked the guy was so spaced out we had to keep repeating our drinks.We ask for a manager they said he was in the back. They could not even comprehend what the issue was.They were all so and spaced out. We left and the were like 15 cars backed up.Horrible service

I don’t expect much from McDonalds as long as my order is served correctly and fresh but I will say the customer service and atmosphere while ordering from the drive through is pretty bad, especially when I make it to second window to pick my food up, the lady just opens the window hands my food, doesn’t greet me or say thank you, closed the window before I could ask for ketchup then once she opened the window again so I can ask for ketchup she takes forever to hand me the ketchup almost as if it out of spite and hands me ketchup, she dropped a few packets and just says “whoops” and doesn’t even hand me more ketchup and proceeds to close the window. I know it’s just a fast food job but the owners of this franchise could at least try harder hiring more enthusiastic people for the job. This person was a weirdo.
