Can get hectic but the staff are VERY VERY nice, polite, and conscientious. They can be slow because they can get short staffed-- totally understandable. Finally the fries are ALWAYS fresh. Honestly if you can put up with waiting a bit I'd choose this over the other nearby McDonald's!

Worst service ever!!! I was waiting by the counter probably between 5 to 10 minutes with several employees have made eye contacted with me but no one has said anything to me. Finally one employee came over and said "What do you want", Seriously!!! Is that how they supposed to treat customers? I didn't expect a great service but I also did not expect a service that poor either. To top it of, I asked for couple of each flavors of jelly after I received my order of 2 breakfast sandwiches, 3 hash browns, and a big breakfast to go I don't think that much to asked for but the Manager dropped one of each in my bag then walked away with no smiles no thank you from anyone. No worries, I always like Whataburger much better anyway and it is just down the street which I should have gone there in the first place!!!

I needed a quick lunch, so I came here for the $5 deal. The restaurant was packed, but they got me my order pretty fast.
The food was not the freshest but still acceptable. The fries were very fresh, though.
The seating area is small for a McDonald's, but I took my meal to go anyway.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no doors and plenty of maneuverable space.

This location consistently moves slow with orders and they never have fries ready. There needs to be a better process. Customers should not be waiting 5-7 minutes for fries.

I usually have to repeat my order several times, first English, then Spanish, then English or vice versa. They seem confused, and they aren't asking to confirm my order, because I've heard them take orders from other people who only order in 1 language. Only time I don't repeat myself is when I have a mobile order. (Lucky for me, I can order in 2 languages??)And they are always low or out of black pepper??But the place is usually clean and that says a lot with the amount of traffic they have.

Burger with green mold ? date September 1, 2023 ... they only refunded my money ..I didn't eat ..? Burger with green mold. I turned the burger over and the bun was damaged. Too bad.
