It was horrible. With the kiosks set up to order from it was downhill from there. Menu said steak and egg sandwiches weren't available which wasn't true. They're was only 2 other people waiting besides me. It took nearly 20 minutes to get two breakfast meals. When I asked were Theo short staff the cashier replied no. The cashier actually was doubling as a cashier and cook running back and forth. Very inconvenient since I was planning on having breakfast with my son before dropping him to school.

I had a very disappointing experience today at the McDonald’s located inside Walmart. I came with my son for a quick lunch, and to my surprise, there was no water option available at the drink vending machine. When I asked the staff for a cup of water, they simply said “water is unavailable.”
I honestly couldn’t believe it. Water is a basic necessity—especially when you’re dining with a child. My son was uncomfortable, and I had no option but to manage without something as simple as drinking water. For a brand like McDonald’s, this is unacceptable.
It was frustrating, inconvenient, and left me wondering how a restaurant can serve food but not provide water. I really hope the management takes this seriously and fixes this issue immediately because today’s experience was extremely disappointing.

This Mc Donald's always serves fresh and fast food. Expect a little bit of a wait during rush hour. Lots of employees and shoppers will come and eat around the same time. The wait has never been significant and the food is always hot. The employees are friendly and for a Walmart dining area, it is very clean!

Ordered curbside during my lunch break and their still make me get in the drive through line and wait 20 minutes for my pre-ordered and paid food. It’s fine, whatever things happen but I wanted to inform the worker that it wasn’t cool or good service and she proceeded to shut the window. Thank you McDonalds for reminding us all why we go elsewhere.
Also my food had been ready when I spoke to the lady at the order screen, but still had to wait and had 5 mins to eat for my lunch.

Tasteless food. Disgusting tables and dirty facility. Ice machine broken. Crew members standing around and chit chatting instead of servicing their customers. And what mcdonalds doesn't carry honey? Just gross all the way around

Approached a staff member about black particles in the Orange Fanta fountain drink dispenser. Her response was do I want another cup??? No, I advised her to put an “out of order” over it and that she should test the entire system because it can’t be sanitary if it’s releasing black debris into the soda. She continued to ask if there was something she could do. I said again- put it all out of order and check the equipment. I’ve noticed this place used to be very clean, run well and one of the better McDs I would consider. I am not very very unsure of the sanitary conditions and quality control due to the response of what I believe to be a manager and her lacking concern for food safety.
Will be filing a formal complaint to health dept and corporate due to the entire situation.

Second time i’ve ordered a medium coffee but was given a small and was told the one i was given IS a medium but says small on the cup.

My coworker placed an online order. I went to pick it up and Erika said she didn't have it, I must be at the wrong place. I left for another McD only to find out that I was at the correct store in the first place. I went back to Erika and told her the order was placed at her store. She assured me she didn't have it. Then she argued and said it was my fault because the person who ordered it didn't press a button that said she was here already. I will avoid this McD in the future.

Ordered the food to deliver to the table but the staff did not bring it to the table. When the issue was addressed the staff gave me a blank stare and no response. Ketchup dispenser is broken and napkins were out. Management needs to step up to bring this store to franchise standards. It is pathetic right now.
