The way they dumped the fries in the happy meals was crazy! It’s like they shook up the box and then closed it. It looked like there were barely any fries in the box and when I asked him to re-do the order please he asked me to pull up. I waited at the first window so long that I completed the survey on the receipt. However, I wanted to share that after I left the drive thru line and went inside, the manager/s helped resolve my problem quickly with no drama. Thank you both! I really appreciate it.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service**
I am writing to express my outrage over the appalling customer service I received at your drive-through recently. I ordered two meals and a Sonic toy for my child, which was the main reason for my visit. After paying, I didn’t take the receipt, and to my shock, a manager approached the second window in an aggressive manner demanding to see it.
When I explained that I didn’t have the receipt, he further escalated the situation by asking for my bag back and then started digging through it to retrieve the toy as if I had done something wrong. This behavior was not only unprofessional but completely unnecessary. I had no idea why he needed the food back that I had already paid for.
This isn’t the first time I’ve faced issues with my orders at this location, and I’ve always brushed it off, but this experience crossed the line. I can’t help but wonder if I would have received the same aggressive treatment if I were a white woman. It's disheartening to think that customer service could vary based on race.
I am extremely frustrated and will never return to this location again. I deserve to be treated with respect, and what I experienced was far from that. This needs to be addressed. I spoke to Zane which claimed he was the on-duty manager. He didn't want to give me the staff members name or his name. Very unprofessional.

What can I say? It’s McDonald’s. Barely food, but consistent.
The service at this location has always been good. There’s a young lady (can’t remember her name…) who is a manager that is taking care of business. No doubt she’ll be upper management in the future here or somewhere else. There’s a young man named Daniel who works the drive thru. He’s always a pleasure to see.
This is a modern style McD’s where there’s no much to the front counter. I like the setup. It’s a little less personal, but I prefer mobile ordering at McD’s anyway. Just wish I could get my own drink refill.
All in all, this is a good location if you’re looking for some nostalgic food like substances to give you that full feeling.

Just came through November 10 at 8:30 the young girl at the middle window with glasses taking my order was so rude. I honestly couldn't believe it but the lady at the present window handing out the food and drinks was so sweet.

There was a literal roach cooked into my hot and spicy. The only reason i saw it was bc i was going to add ketchup to the inside 😭😭😭. They said they would remake it but I'm not trying to eat from here again. CHECK YOUR FOOD!
