Terrible waiting time always and when you do get your food it's cold . Obviously the people and the manager that worked or don't care I have never seen a McDonald's this slow and so unorganized. You might as well go to Sonic down the street get much faster service and hot food. Bad management

I would give this McDonald's zero stars if i could. They take so long to give you the food, and when they finally give it to you they don't get your order correct and then they take so long to fix it, and they don't even apologize for the long wait, so by the time you finally get your correct order your food is already cold. I dont recommend you come here.

Paid for my order on drive thru at 8:08 AM , went to window 1 , got my coffee and waited a few minutes, the manager then told me to proceed to parking #1 and they would be bringing my food to the car. After a long wait I call them and who ever answered asked me where I was and would be bringing out shortly. Finally at 8:27AM someone brought the food . ( no apologies for the long wait either) Not only my coffee was cold but I was late for work Gave 1 star so I can review but actually is a 0 Very bad service

I have NEVER gotten the correct item in THIS McDonalds. And I make simple orders; usually by the meal number. How hard it is to get a McRib and a large Dr Pepper?! I don’t know… because after I waited ten minutes they brought me my drink and two orders of fries! The absolute WORST Mc Donalds I’ve ever been to!

If I could give 0 stars I would went through drive thur and the young lady that took my order and collected my payment was very rude. After I pulled to the second window to get my food the manager Johnathon wasn’t any better he didn’t greeted me all he did was handed me my drink and told me to pull up while I wait for my order. I was going to tell him how rude the young lady was at back but I see she’s just following what she sees her manager doing what a shame he has no type of leadership skills.I would not be coming back to this location.

Overall last couple times eating or trying to eat here has just bad. Service not great. Food taking to long to be called fast food. Refused to make my breakfast that I mobile ordered before the cut off time, because I showed up 5 mins after 11. Even though it was there line I was waiting in. No effort to help just cancel and send me on my way.

THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!! I’ve never left a bad review before but I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago. They aren’t busy right now. So why do I have to park and wait for my food. Everytime I order even if it’s a simple hot and spicy. And I’m sitting there waiting for 5-10 minutes.
Unprofessional. No sauce on my steak egg and cheese bagel and I paid extra for caramel drizzle in my frappe and didn’t receive it. SMH

They have the option for mobile order but clearly ordering through the drive thru is probably the better of the latter since they can’t seem to find mobile app orders. On top of not being able to find the order, the attitude given for not being able to find the order was horrendous. Unfriendly and disorganized location.
