We LOVE Mochinut!!! If you haven’t been here you are missing out!! Food is amazing! Donuts are delicious! And don’t let me get started on the drinks! As soon as we walked in we received a warm welcome from Michelle, she was so nice! Even though she was soo busy she never once look overwhelmed always had a smile on. She made our visit an amazing experience. Definitely recommend!

This is truly one of the sweetest and cutest shops I've been to! The staff is incredibly warm and attentive, and the establishment is always sparkling clean. By far one of the cleanest fast food places! What sets this place apart are their mochi donuts, with their deliciously chewy texture that makes each bite a pleasure. Recently, I tried their new fruity sodas, and I was thoroughly impressed - these sugary beverages are perfect for cooling down in the heat, and some of them even include real fruit for an extra touch of flavor.
Kid-friendliness: Not only does this place serve delicious food and refreshing drinks, but it also provides board games for customers to enjoy during their visit.

I've been to different mochinut locations in California and Illinois but this location at Richmond is where i had a very dissapointing customer service. The mochinut product is good, the esthetic of the store is nice but the person on the counter is not welcoming. No hello, no smile, no thank you but instead a very boring look like I was bothering her with whatever she was doing at the back. Even my husband who was waiting for me outside the store saw her demeanor. You can have a good product but if the experience is not good it takes away from the overall positive experience. BTW, I was the only customer.

I got the churro mochinut, which was good, but I went an hour before closing and they only had 3 donuts total left and 2 flavors. I expected the selection to be slim, but they still had a whole hour until closing and they were pretty much completely out. This was disappointing because I was looking forward to a particular donut and I feel like I got there with enough time that there should’ve at least been a few more options. The workers looked like they were already closing the store, which is fine if they want to start closing before they actually close, but it seemed like they were so focused on closing an entire hour before they closed that they didn’t want to have anymore inventory on hand.
