I have ordered delivery and picked up from this location several times over the past 5 years and every time they forget something for delivery orders. Always choose pick up or eat there. If you want something delivered pick a different place.

Used to love this place, unfortunately gone downhill or something. Found a hair in my pizza, the pizza itself didn’t have sauce or cheese on like 1/3 of it (i had requested extra on the order)

As soon as you step in, entire place smelled of mold, or like a sewage pipe burst. It was extremely overpowering. Informed staff but they seemed unaware; either are used to it or didn’t want to admit it.

Pizza was good. I don't know if it was because I ordered a cauliflower crust that my server was mega stingy on my toppings but I had almost two inches of bare crust. My son liked his pizza but I was annoyed at the cost/value ratio for my pizza. Plus their drink fountain was nasty. I prayed over my drink overtime. I won't go back again.

First time I came to this location it was a nice experience the people were nice and talkative to me and they gave me a great service my food came out amazing. Coming back again this time at night (yes it was 15 minutes before closing) I know people can get picky when customers come in late. I've worked in retail and at food service so I can relate but that is not an excuse to have a salty attitude when 15min is sufficient time to complete the order, with barely any customers around and 2 workers cleaning already, their was no need for it. But the food is still good
Normally love this location, but it has been falling short, noticed the regular oven Guy isn’t there anymore. Today we got 3 pizzas that was done flash fast, the dough underneath was burnt but everything on top was “raw” or cold to touch and not melted. We asked to heat it more but was told “ it’s already cut nothing we can do” . mind you this wasn’t free. We said , ok ty, we will go home and heat it in the oven. No problem. Here’s the thing, staff isn’t trained how to handle the brick oven, you can’t leave it in the centre of high heat, it needs to be moved to the sides and rotated to get even cooking time and flavor. Again needs better training and supervision. I hardly sat down and the pizza was ready.

Mens restroom is nasty! The urinal has been neglected way too long. There's brown and yellow scum growing in it. Holes in the wall... just a mess. Looks like the owners have lost interest in their franchise. Sad.
