Messed up my order …again. It was a coffee. You have one job…
Don't come here! Slow service and rude white lady!
This place used to be good but it has changed drastically. Reduced menu items and 8$ for 2 small tacos is insane. Even their chai tea recipe changed where all you can taste is the syrup. We have given them multiple chances hoping they were just going through a phase with the change in ownership but no improvement. We will not be back.

My coffee was amazing! Service was excellent! The atmosphere of the lobby is so relaxing and a great place to hang with friends or family. You must try Mugz if you haven't!
Please bring the old Mugz back! I mean this with all due respect, but Mugz has had loyal customers for years, including myself, my family, and friends for a reason. We have given Mugz multiple chances since the new ownership took over and have grown more disappointed each time. The owners also own Blockhouse Coffee which is less than 5 minutes away from Mugz. I say this kindly, but if we wanted Blockhouse tasting coffee, we could drive there to get it very easily. Mugz customers appreciated the Katz coffee, fresh baked goods, and familiar faces. Unfortunately, that no longer exists and we will not be returning.

Most bitter coffee? My old go to the cold brew is now undrinkable after the new ownership. Literally took one sip, the rest to the dumpster

What used to be an amazing neighborhood coffee spot has completely changed. The coffee is so bad, tastes nothing like before. Came to update my once 5-star review and see new ownership has taken over, which explains. I am so sad and disappointed my white chocolate mocha is no more.I do not plan on returning. Huge bummer.
Unfortunately, after five years of coming here, I will have to say farewell. Their coffee tastes absolutely horrible, and I usually never post bad reviews but the new owners will run this business in the ground. i’m currently driving to Starbucks(which I’m not a big fan of) to replace the coffee I just received at mugs.Very sad to see this happen to a great coffee shop.

I’ve been going to mugz for years and the new ownership pained me so bad. the coffee tastes bitter and unsatisfying, the food tastes like it was bought from great value and smashed together unlike the homemade good taste it used to have. Plus the prices skyrocketing were heartbreaking, as mugz was the most affordable and best coffee place out there.

I was disappointed that only the drive through was open. Wanted to sit down and enjoy a bite to eat. Not sure the problem. But I won't be able to enjoy their coffee unless they are fully open.
I have been coming to Mugz almost daily for around 4 years. Their coffee, food and people that worked there always greeted you with a smile and conversation. With the new ownership everything has changed. The coffee tastes TERRIBLE (caramel mugziato...that I order nearly everyday), the service is BLAH, the food has definitely gone downhill (the breakfast tacos being the main thing I've always got changed big time) and the prices went up. I'm not opposed to paying good money for good coffee/food. Today was my last straw. I will be finding a new coffee shop in the area. I always order my coffee extra hot....today the coffee I received was barely warm. I kept giving the new ownership/people a try because I know it takes time to get things settled, but when I come almost everytime and the coffee tastes terrible and isn't done right (honestly it tastes different almost everytime I come) I can't continue to give money to people that don't care about the quality they are serving. The old ownership cared about its customers and the quality of product that we paid for and received.I normally don't leave bad reviews...I held out as long as I could hoping that things would get better and they haven't.

This morning service was very slow, we were the only ones in the car line. We ordered two vanilla caramel macchiato’s and the gentlemen took at least 6-7 minutes to get our order out. It’s bad enough you don’t open at 6:30am when you say you do. Then, when we arrived at work the bottom of our coffees looked awful (see pictures). We had to pour these expensive drinks down the drain! And they smelled awful! What were we served? We are (were) usual customers. It is sad to see small business decline in service. Very disappointed.

Grabbed a regular coffee for drive into town and did not drink it because it taste so bad. Very unusual for me to not drink a caffeinated drink. Gas station coffee is better.
Coffee tasted bad. It’s a shame because Mugz has been my go to for years. Noticed a change in owners. Not sure why they thought they had to change the taste of the coffee. I’ll keep an eye on reviews to see if things get better.
